Hard to imagine the differences between college students and graduates. I am a graduate from an average university in Zhejiang. after putting the resume on the internet, noboby answered me. Now, i am pretty down and disappointed.It's true, we graduates lack of experience,we are rookies, don't kown how to operate it. But everyone is starting from scratch, we are full of passiom. If you treat us well, we will devote ourself to this company. i don't know how to express my feeling this moment, especially during the time for TEM-8. NEVERTHELESS, tomorrow is a new day! after TEM-8, i will have my job.

你也知道新人的优势只是一腔热血而已，人生就如玩游戏。
大学毕业也就是给你一个基础点数分配而已，一个1级的人物而已。

Nobody is perfect. And also I know that each student has 2 chance to take part in TEM-8 exam. So if you fail this time, you still can make yourself cheer up to seize the second chance. I don't know whether you have any intern experience or not, cause it's also a very good advantage for graduates for applying a job. Even some enterprises prefer to attract graduates so that they can train them to be the talents they want.All roads lead to Rome. So pls be happy.
BTW, I am an English major from CISISU. Service for high schoolas an English tearcher for one year, and later came to Shanghai half an year ago. And now I am in charge of exporting department business in a private enterprise. Looking for a new job, maybe we are now in the same line幸会！

hcm1220：TEM-8 does not mean everything. For example, English-speaking customers like to use past tense while past perfect tense can be used, which is not widely known to many non-native speakers. Learn to speak and write as if English is your mother tongue, you will benefit more from it than a mere TEM-8 certificate.
