Thank you for your e-mail. i sure understand your problem, but never mind we are not tallking about milions of $ , its only 120$- 150$ so we can tolerate with that and you even promissed to do some discounts on the next orders - i have greate faith in you and i am sure you are a wonderfull person, but you can tell your boss that in our country we have an old saying : " two mountains won't ever meet but two people will meet for sure", beleive me Kenneth i can make him regrete his behavior, you will see in future that i have a lot of experience in business. one last thing Kenneth, if its not you i would never done any moove with your firm and that for many reasons, you can be proud for that
Anyhow i just came back from the bank : they have recieved the message from your bank about returning the T/T, but
the money will be on our account only tomorrow, so we will make the new T/T tomorrow and you will see it in your
account the day after
we will send the money to the same account, the same beneficiary, and we will leave the paragraph of the "purpose for
the transaction" -blank - we won't write anything tell me if its o.k and i will do it tomorrow

wellpond:原委:客户打款2K多USD过来,但是因为 as you can understand we have also regulations, we are not able to send out foreign money ( us dollars) for private matters only if you pay extra fee as incom tax, so that is the reason that we wrote that the payment is forgood clearence(客户Email),而且我们给客户的是Private Account所以不能货款不能入帐(招商银行)。原本客户说becouse all this operation will take several days, could you please send the goods on monday, with my promise that everything will be arranged with the payment, its very urgent and i am afraid that any delay might couse the buyer to cancel his order,但是老板不也不同意。而如果款退回给客户,客户又再打款过来的话 but in that case we have to sell to the bank the usd and to buy them again at the post office while sending the
money to you, as you understand this will cost a lot aprox.3 % , not including the transfer which is 1.5%. so what says your manager about that. 客户需要支付额外产生的费用大约120USD,所以客户问我们anyhow i can do that after
receiving back the T/T and that i can know only Sunday when i go to the bank again. all these actions cost extra fees -
about $120 and i hope you will take that in account on the next order. 但是我们老板还是不同意。
此客户以前以向我们下了2单(第一单样品单因金额很小客户用Registered Envelope把样品费寄过来),但是都不是大单。值得一提的是我们都是通过EMAIL联系,而且沟通的很真诚友好。

nancydong:真得很羡慕LZ能遇到这么好的客户,哎!为什么我的客户总是公事公办,回的邮件简短,一个多余的字都不多说。

这样也未必不是好事啊,只要把服务做好,真诚的和客户沟通,我们和客户之间就会建立起信任的。

也许是碰到什么样的客户就用什么样的方式交流。
