到了年底，我想每家公司都要做年度总结；
之于我们，每年必做的一件事，就是给客人发去满意度调查表：
满意度调查表，我们的评级有4种：high,okay,pass,low,分别针对以下三大类、各小点，然后打出总分：

DELIVERY:
1)Shipping-lead day
2)Sample-lead day
3)Tooling-lead day

EFFICIENCY:
1)Reply timely
2)Reply comprehensive
3)Reply veracity
4)Improvement
其他客人回复都很谦虚的；有那么一两个客人，回复很搞笑：
一个： All are VERY GOOD,THANKS FOR YOUR KIND HELP.
另一个，早发给他们了，不回给我，如下：

满意度里，里面基本都是 High；客人还蛮大的，有如此评价，作为业务，很欣慰；
但是客人在 DELIVERY里有说一句:
We would prefer the shipment within 15-20 days;
EFFICENCY:Tks for your quick response;
TOTAL REMARK:We generally happy with your reliable business.
抓住客人的一点15-20 days，作为业务，必须解决所有的疑问（不过后来知道是有点误会客人的意思:L ）：

We also prefer the shipment within 15-20 days,no matter by FCL or by air; if you afford the additional expense (*^__^*)
If you won't and you 'd like cheap expense,you and we have to bear the long shipment :(
That's like one coin has two sides,I favorite the flying snowflake outside the window,maybe tomorrow we can make snowmen,play snowball with colleagues;but we have to bear the cold weather..
Anyway,Enjoy it !
Just now the OP inform us the additional shipping cost of @@@ is ~~ USD,pls kindly be informed.

Thank you for your prompt response.
I wanted to mean that if you can ship the orders within 15-20 days without any extra cost, it is an improvement and it makes sense.
Regarding to the additional cost of ~~,- USD for the shipmentof @@@, Please add it into the invoice of @@@@.
Please indicate the cost as “Shipping Cost” on the invoice.

我猜,也许是客人不了解我们的生产流程，所以有必要让客人知道:
Dear ***,
Maybe you are not familiar with our factory process.
First,purchasing parts(S.S outer hose,nuts,washer,o-ring,and so on),rolling outer hose,chrome and EA finish will take at least half month,that depends on suppliers.Caz suppliers also need time to produce;they don't prepare much stock.
And after that,when all parts are sent to our firm, we must take time to finish the checking(appearance),salt and misty testing(if parts meet your requirements),assemble in the assembly line & to finish production,prepare documents,apply to Customer,arrange shipment..
And at the same time,during the period we have other clients' orders need to produce ....
As the upper statement,althrough we also want to shorten delivery time,but it seems that's difficult now.The delivery time is about 30 days to 35 days.We always try our best to improve our productive efficiency,which will be the ultimate goal for every enterprise.
Nevertheless,for you,preparing some stock in advance can avoid..
I will inform the OP to add "Shipping cost" ~~,- USD in the invoice of 09/1382 according to your requirements.
