larkson：My experience
It's the eighth day of my working, everything is chaos in the new office, and I don't know what to do in these days, Ihate boring days. Things different from idea to life, I really feel confused in how my trip going on.It’s somewhat a real challenge for methat I have to make a decision between leave or stay.

larkson：My experience 2
At first I was full of beans, though it'sdifficult for me Itried my best. Maybe I don't like the job,it had nothing to do with my major. I am good at communicating, howevery,my jodb include copy the E-mail from the Internet and passthem to the supervisor. And when the sample chart comes from our foreign customers, I picked up the English words in it and translated them into Chinese. Though English is English, words are different from what we learn in the college, and some of them were terms in the fashion making line, it’s a tough job for me.

What’s the worse, my higher-up is as new as me in this line, we are assigned to translate the mingle comments of Korean words and English words on the sample chart into Chinese and hand in them to the fashion designer. We made so many mistakes at the beginning that our sample was suggested to revised time and again. Several days later, we were sending to the manager's office and our job had to stop and we were assigned for other job. I felt angry and I'd rather find another job than staying here, but I cooled down quickly, because I had thought it over and realized that it's my own fault. However, I shoul try and make everything I do ran in order.

larkson：My experience 4
Several days later, my boss asked weather I can do the job of checking the quantity of sending and receiving goods, I assured him that I will try my best. Again it proved to be a more challenge task, at the time our businesses are in the pink, the total quantity is so large that I had to work days and night, sometimes I stayed in the factory and slept in the office during the night, because we want to finish a very very urgent order in the so our new customer can treat us.

Though we all exhaust everyone stick to their job all night long. Two days later, we manage in deliver the goods on time to the customer, but not one felt happy, because we finished the goods in the hurry and you know the quality maybe well ignorance by the workers. At last, our customer complained to our boss and wanted to get discount from us….Sometimes I felt it’s upset to work here, but I think that job is different from study, we are more flexible on study than on working, where there is working there is pressure, that’s it.

Then some of my classmates come to job hunting in Guangzhou with me, it’s a long time before I got the present job, I now had been in this company for nearly two months, but some of my friends were still in job searching. It’s compete so sharply here, it hard to get to job here, especially the job that you consider for deserving.

larkson：My experience 7
I think we should not pay much attention to the wage of our first job, what we need is a flat both for getting experience and putting our knowledge into practicing. Maybe we will have much difficult at the beginning, this just like when we are getting used to a new shoes, it certainly feel not so comfortable at first, but it proved to be much better later. We are new, we are keening. When we plunk ourselves into the job, it’s not a job anymore, it’s your career. Do you know what the difference between job and career is? Job is what you consider as a way of living, and career is make much sense than live, maybe its part of your life, it’s not assigned by the boss but yourself!

larkson：My experience 8
No matter how difficulty the job is, I will try, no matter what kind of job it is, I will try, and no matter how much wage it is I will try. I am at the entry of another “college”, I need to learn much more, but I don’t know which ones will be needed in the future, so I have to learn all. I don’t know which line is mine, I don’t know which job is better, I don’t know, I don’t know…However, I am manager of a new department, I don’t think this what I want. Manage in doing the job is one thing, manage in doing a right job is another thing, I have to consider what I want in the future and then make plan for that.

At the moment I graduate from college I had prepared myself to endure the challenge ahead, e.g. the difficulty in the job, and the crisis of trust among people, the time of waiting for a chance, etc. And all these come into my actual life, I feel afflicting but I can stay up to these tribulation and plan to accept a long term fight.

sonia505：I gaduated this year and went to guang dong on July,after a month ,i found my present work. I was and being willing to do my best for my job,it's very tired ,but i still continue.... bcs if i give up ,i'll be nothing .
and now my boss treat me very well, he think i was the person he decide to train.though the wage is not high,i'm appreciating ...the work present ,the chance present i get is what i deserve. so i 'll never say -quit!

我看到很多韩国朋友学我们中文,还用很生硬的中文写博客,这个方法对他们提高中文写作很大的帮助,里面有很多的中国朋友和不认识的中国网友给他更正词汇,很耐心的给他解释为什么要那么措辞.. 为什么我们国人学英语就不宽容自己人呢?如果发现哪里有语法错了,可以点出来给她纠正,这样对方不就掌握了一个知识点,而且记得更牢,何乐而不为呢?
很抱歉,我的英语自高中后就断了,现在也只好是恶补了,所以我没能帮上1楼MM,但我佩服她的勇气,至少我现在没有这个勇气敢把自己认真写的英文放上来,因为我害怕丢丑,而外语高手都说,学好英语就是要敢于丢丑!
下面的如果是行家,就请多点拔一下我们这些正在认真学习的菜鸟吧,谢谢.

毕竟你和老外交流的时候，有时候一个词可能就挂掉一笔单咯

I have worked for 4 monthes ,although the presentjob isn't challenge,I insist on working live here .I am a freshman of the social.experience & communication are very important for me .I realize that pure acknowleage is useless when we are working in the actual live .I rather learn communication& working stylein a uneffective company than leave the here at random.
At the same time ,I try my best to adapt myself to living circumstance.I have no choice but eating hot pepper for staff come fromjiangxi & hunan.The canteen supplies for only pepper food .I think that every coin has two sides .
