故事概要:
客户买的货出了品质问题,一 直在给客户解决这个问题,客户是边在抱怨边下单,这次问题堆积太久了,客户失去耐心,爆发了
早上,客户就发邮件说要我们新做的USB 接口图,看看那里还有可以改善的地方,然后我就去找工程,工程那边直接把尺寸改了,然我在就在有问题的USB PIC 上发了改过的尺寸给客户。客户以为我骗他,就狂飙邮件了,看了,甚是堵得慌。(candy我 boss)

I asked for a pic of the “USB cable connected to a C750K tablet” an “old connector compared to new connector” to check size, can you please do that? Didn’t you read I want to check the gap, which happens to be the problem I’m losing money with???
Lucy, last time you said that you “personally” went to check USB cables randomly and “all worked fine”, well they don’t work! So you don’t know nothing about this business and I don’t like your service and support anymore, you don’t care about our needs, your service and products don’t work and we’ll not do more business with you, done with this craziness.

There are something misunderstanding b广告een us.
The USB pic I show last time is the new usb size agreeed by our engineer in this morning.New good USB will be produce in next order.We don't have the new size USB at hand now.So i use old USB pic to let you know the new design size.you can measure the usb size you have ,it is different from i sent last mail.I can promise i had done what i saied.Honest is the first principle human beinghave.

313185135:我觉的你应该让你们的技术做一份新的图纸给客户,不应该在旧图纸上改,客户这样容易混淆。
