Johnson-0:外贸男第N个单,附往来邮件(陆续更新心得)
本人外贸男,从事外贸业务1年又16天,目前为止做了30几个单子。本人发这个帖子不是炫耀自己做了多少业务,只是想告诉大家付出总会有回报的。男人不适合外贸这个想法是偏激的。我不知道自己能不能当老板,但是我有单子给工厂,有业务给货代,有样品给快递。至少我的工资卡,工厂卡上,货代卡上的RMB在增加。我的单子养活了一群人。我没时间讨论我适不适合做外贸,只有自己知道适不适合,犹如自己做不到单子,这不代表别人也做不到单子。
有人说外贸技术含量不高,我不敢苟同。外贸人的英语总是那么几句,也许吧。但你能用重复简单的英语让客户给你一直下单吗?!这里有技术含量了吧。
希望大家一起踏踏实实,认认真真地工作。也许现在的外贸环境不好,RMB不给力,但是冬天来了,春天还会远吗?!自己选择的路跪着也要走完,誓将外贸进行到底!!
本人英语poor,但是我总能给客户及时、准确的回复。我能取得客户对我的信任。闲话不说了。

We have another inquiry. Could you rustproof on the surface of each drum? You know some were covered with rust when we received the cargo last month, and it is getting bigger and bigger while we keep the chemical at our warehouse.
It would be better to take countermeasure in an attempt to resist rust.

Johnson-0:如何寄样品
做外贸遇到寄样品是常有的事情。我主要针对化工样品。付费方式主要是有2种:预付费和到付费。化工样品大多数是危险品,国内基本上没有快递公司做到付的。化工样品通常是改品名后走的。找家快递公司,他们会处理好品名,MSDS之类的。
Johnson-0:空运和快递的区别
空运和快递的主要区别在于是否需要报关。空运需要报关,而快递走的是非正规渠道。如果产品只有几十kg的时候就要考虑是快递还是空运了。报价时要注意快递报价时是金额+by courier不能用贸易术语如CIP,CFR。在选择快递还是空运要做好价格核算。空运好像起算量是45kg,快递则没有这个要求。所以要算好,运费和退税之间的差距。当然了要先征求客户的意见。

从头到尾看了你写的邮件,行文简洁自然,我很喜欢相信你本人是个自然随和之人,对于这样的分享很感激,外贸路上有很多类似的帖子,但是把原文贴出来分享的很少,受益颇多。我是今年3月开始做外贸的,哈哈,虽然短短几个月由于一些原因换了2个行业,但是也一直在努力。

Johnson-0:如果客户提供了到付账号,我通常做3件事:账号是否有效;是否是到付账号;账号什么时候到期。对于阿三的提供的账号要特别注意。有次我就遇到阿三给我提供假账号。死阿三就喜欢骗样品还不愿意付快递费。阿三给的价格连工厂都感觉不靠谱。阿三没有目标价只有更低价
