这个客户人很好,目前来说,我写了开发新给他,没想到他回复了,说对我们公司产有兴趣 ,叫我发价格给他,还问我Are you currently marketing these lights in the United States?Are you working with any United States company?Do you have a US FDA 510(k) medical device registration for your lights? 我在揣测客户用意,他到底想我们有跟美国其他公司合作有还是没有呢?他是在担心产品安全问题还是市场流通问题。
客户还叫我发价格给他,当时我愣了,我们产品挺多,一种产品有不同型号,每个都弄给他我岂不弄表格也很久?后来我就跟他这样讲了,要不我先发目录给你看看,你看完后哪个合适发给我我再做价格表给他。后来收到客户来信:I do not see an attachment?我当时立刻检查邮件,顿时傻眼了,我怎么会烦如此低级错误呢。结果我肯定道歉然后把目录发过去。为了表示我诚意,我决定把公司的产品汇总在一块(之前都是散乱的,花了我整整了两个钟)。当时心情很忐忑,犯了外贸人不该犯的错误,客户能回信已经很感激了。我正打算把我的价格表发给客户时,客户来信了,客户说他对我们的某两种产品感兴趣,叫我发价格表给他。天啊!才要两种产品!!他知道我弄了那份表格有多久吗,那份表格还没见过世面就扼杀在摇篮里面了。没办法,后来我又重新做了,这次复制黏贴很快就可以了。然后那天晚上发给客户,开头写着:I am sorry for I did notsent the price to u in time...Enclosed is the price list然后美滋滋的上床睡觉。谁知道第二天,我发过去的附件那个表格里面忘记把TITLE复制过去,又一次狂晕,客户只看到产品和两个数字当然还有产品特点,问我“The 我们公司产品shows a number 220 and a number 35 to the right.Which is the price?Is the price in RMB or USD?”客户当时海说要5台作为试验,还要拿去检测,这个时候很开心,尽管5台不多,但是至少是我人生中第一单啊,还在暗自兴奋很久。但是后来我被告知最少也要让客户下10件,我又一次跌倒谷底。对于这个客户我已经连续犯了两个错误了,如果再叫他定10件,人肯定跑了。想来想去还是回复他"I can`t express how excited I am to receive your email,you are so kindly to reply my email.You are right ,the price in the left block is RMB and the right is USD.Iwrote down the price for RMB and USD so that you can know more about the price ,but now I seem to make you feel more confused .The final deal we will countin USD
I am sorry to tell you thatour minimun order quantity is ten pcs.you can getthe5 x DP-387 and 5 x DP-389 ,
or you can have a try for DP-386,it`s shell is made of metal (wear-resisting).

还好,还是那个时间,客户同意订10台,还把ups账号给我等一切详细信息给我,我当时好感动啊,怎么别人就那么专业。客户说了I have a customer who wants a light very much like the DP-389 - but they must have a sample by 4 April.That means that I need you to ship this order today if possible.
我看得出客户很急,我也知道今天发货是没可能,因为当时我的PI还在公司电脑上,只能等第二天早上做,我觉得真的很对不起客户,如果当时我有我们公司的PI文件,他确认后打钱进去就不用浪费多一天时间。真的很对不起他,盼望今晚他的来信,我有点担心PI里面的银行手续费,30美金啊连我都觉得贵。希望客户不要介意吧,不然到嘴的肉飞走了就不好。
是在写的有点乱,希望各位新人也借鉴借鉴 ,不要跟我犯同样的错误。
jiyanxz:孰能无错,有些错已经犯了,就没必要纠结和后悔,要坦然接受,学会总结,不要在同一块西瓜皮上摔几次跤!
