可恶的天气黄了这一单这是一个法国客户

草上飞：可恶的天气黄了这一单
这是一个法国客户...本来抱着很大的希望
可是由于天气的原因..样品在途中整整
用了一个月的时间才到达客户手里，可恶的TNT
公司。结果错过时机，而黄了这一单。
但是客户的回复，还是让人很欣慰的。
下面是我给客户的信：

下面是客户给我的回信：
Dear ANDREW
Thanks for you wishes
concerning the sample yes we got it yesterday and they are nice and good quality
unfortunately I was obliged to decide last friday because I was too late
it is not your fault it is combination of bad weather and and bad organisation of TNT
they had the SAMPLE IN HAND LAST TUESDAY and they didn't deliver to me before yesterday
without any reason
so, sorry for this time but I come back to you asap for other enquiry
