奇怪的询盘今天收到一封电子邮件说有人全家全部

今天收到一封电子邮件说，有人全家全部遇难，留下一大笔钱需要转账，需要我提供银行账户，这个是不是骗人的，有谁遇到类似的事情的？下边的这个是邮件内容：
