老外邮件:
This is to expensive. The price CIF Rotterdam is $47,5/M. The market price here is around the $40. Can you reduce this price?
我的回复:

Considering your feedback of mail below,we requote for ***CIF Rotterdam as per attached document.
I tried to explain your profit consideration to our president and have persuaded him to lower the price. You can see that *** prices and some fees have been lowered down significantly.
The revision of this quotation is to show more of our sincerity for a pleasing initial business.I am sure you won't offer too low price to make us cry,will you?

Thanks for your offer. When you are cooperating than when I can get a good price my suppliers get the same but when the market is poor like this customer than we (you and I) can't make a good profit

obs:提个建议既然你跟这个客户的语言水平不同步, 你就应该降低自己的水准用和他的程度差不多的词语。否则你们没法交谈
