这是客人的回信。
I really do not know what to do in this situation.
1) You promised when we did first busniess with you on TT that you will accept LC.
2) We confirmed this to client. They spend money to open the LC. They did all the arrangments with Bank.
3) Now you say .. you do not want to do buisness.
4) This is the same client who bought first material from you. Now they opened the LC directly. Please do not cancel this
order. It is very bad reputiton for you in Pakistan market. No body will ever trsut you and do business with you.
5) Tell your Boss, Embassy of Pakistan in China can also give you a good reputiton statement of this company.
They are doing millions of dollars of work on LC.
6) The customer cannot do any bad with you as the Original Shipping documents will be with the Bank.
You will only send the Copy of these Shipping documents. The cusomter cannot clear the items from the CUSTOMS department .
7) EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED, PLASE ONLY DO THIS DEAL WITH US ON LC, FOR THE NEXT CASES
IF THE CUSOTMER AGREE ON TT THEN WE WILL WORK WITH YOU. As if we back out now , it will be very bad reputition for you and us in the Pakistan market.
You can also see we are getting very small margin but we want to work with you to make a relationship.
老板曾经答应过客人做信用证的,客人的客人都开信用证过来了。现在老板又说不做,要退信用证……
客户很生气,我是他的话,我也很生气……
但我只是员工,只能按照老板的意思去做。
请问,这封信该怎么回呢?

我以前也很纠结这种事,现在看开点,

insist210:你们没理,一切问题都是你们的问题,老板出尔反尔,可恶至极,老板说什么客户不知道,虽然你只是转述老板的意思,但是是你告诉客户可以做信用证的,现在又说不能做,和布什耍人家玩吗?要是你的客户你会怎么想?尽最大努力说服老板把,信用证一般没多大问题

是的呢……他一直不做信用证,后来客人自己掏钱付了预付款,他才同意的……
现在又反悔了
