Having submitting the resignation to boss ,feeling happy with a little sad,as I can do whatever i want and go anywhere i want finally! But what i will meet and how is the way facing to me. actually they have agreed my leaving ,and accepted my resignation,but the day before last night,they had a meeting with me ,and said to much to me,and even i have saw the tears on my boss and his wife's faces,so i deeply affected by their sincerity and care.
what i can do?so work some more time for them. and finally i have found,we can not resign our job freely,as we should grasp more experience and knowledge,they are right,we should learn how to face the problem,even the situation is bad,the environment is terrible,and the salary is not reasonable,we can learn more and make progress .

I never thought I would ever leave such a great company as Hannah with wonderful leaders. So I took the responsibility and resign from xx.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about xx, about all the people I’ve encountered in my time of service with the company.
