If I have this much trouble obtaining a sample I think I would have too much trouble if I place an order.

You need the business, I might be a customer but you do not inspire me.

I you do not send the sample it is your problem, not mine, just forget it.

I won't send the the sample all on my charge,because I don't think it is fair because any business is mutual benefit ,both sides should do something for it. I would like to prodvide the sample free,and you don't want to pay fot the postage,so it is your problem ,not mine

GinoGao:这种客人就是很让人烦的,那种让人一看邮件就烦的人。
不过楼上也用不着跟他说那么多我觉得,就说太多客人不仅要免费样品而且要我们付邮费,我们公司因此承担了太多费用,所以希望谅解。
个人意见

maxliao2:Thank you for your reply, foreign trade will always invovled sample fee and shipping cost, and most typical way to solve this problem would be sharing the cost together and show some credit to each other, So, either customer pay for the shipping or the sample,maybe other way around, especially for the first time cooperation, I guess it is unfair for factory to provide free sample and pay for the shipping at the same time, Just image, how much money we have to spend if we pay all the bills, I appreciate if you could put youself in our shoes.
Besides, I guess both of us had sensed certain possiblities to make money from this project at the very begining, otherwise we wouldn't have so much conversation and finally got to this stage,and I believe once we pull this off then it's going to be a long term business, shouldn't we focus on the future?let's just do what we suppose to do and move on, I personally do not want this project died in cradle.
