As for the prices and payment we have confirmed order with customer just 1 week ago, I challenge you to send me other customers payment within a week from the pro forma invoice. We have confirmed and we are going ahead. My buyer which you have got contact informations is working on it, and waiting for the quotations of the shipping forwarder. In order to arrange the whole cargo. So I think is understandable. Pls be SURE we will place the order100%!
As for the jersey sample, it is 100% polyester and we are not interested in 100% poly, we want cotton pure!

Regret that we have not received your official order, deposit yet up to now. I would invite your attention that the PI sent on May 23 has not been in effect, and the capacity we kept for one month to you is not available either.
We are pleased to upate you the latest quotation, leadtime when you are truely ready to place the order with us.
by the way, may I have your kind comment on the handloom samples of Reps and Drill and the pre-production sample of NEW DRILL sent on May 28. These are all we can do for you at current stage.

Thanks for your reply.
Noted your comment on the color swatches and quality standard. We will expect the dark brown one. To be on safe side, we will develop Lab-Dip color samples to you for validation before bulk production.
We alwasy do our best to satisfy you. We have no problem to wait a couple of days or more for you to finish the official order and deposit, just would remind you that the prices will probably rise up in June. As I mentioned before, it is my company policy, if any orders place after the valid date, we can't accept the order until we requote/reconfirm the price, maybe increase or maybe decrease, it all depends on the raw materail price trend; labor cost; exchange rate issue..etc. Kindly please understand this situation.
By the way, the pre-production sample of the NEW DRILL 2000M 7*7 68*38 63" 3/1 twill was sent out as well this morning. Please comment/confirm upon receipt.
We get the order for this item from another customer. We could make combine production with your small order to ensure stable quality and early delivery if we receive your official order within this week.

The color swatches will be provided by me for the brown, than you provided two swatches one white thin and one black thick, so I ment they are both ok as color reference.
Quality we don’t need to do the sample in nominated laboratory, I will do the check by myself, once you will confirm the preproduction sample we will go ahead with them, and the production must be same
Official order pls try to give customer one little help, I have closed the order for you and you just have to wait for couple of days until we can get the order done, I think that anyway the price cannot increase too much for this, as it is also the first order. Pls try to help us on this point and I assure that the quantity will come and also big

- color swatches
I sent 2 pcs of black color swatches, one is thin and the other one is thick. which one you prefer? How about the dark brown color swatch?
Will you provide it?
- quality standard
what quality standard will you take for the final inspection, need the samples to do test by your nominated laboratory? Quality is the most important point we concerned. We must have the consensus on it to prevent possible dispute in future.
- Official order and deposit
We need the official order for our paperwork. pls send it to us ASAP.
Kindly please be reminded that the offer is valid till May 31. Due to RMB exchange rate keep rising up, the USD offer has to be updated in June. So please settle the deposit by this week to get lower prices. I am sure it will benefit you.
To show our sincerity to work with you, we finally work out the swatches of Reps and Drills by handloom with our continuous efforts. The swatches are made from the similar yarn and got closer to your original samples. Also we get a little bit progress on the Jersey. All the samples have been sent out through SF #755 8639 82237 this morning. Pls track it down.

他会向所有他能联系到的供应商索取报价 你就是其中一个 他或许会告诉你你价格高了 或许不会告诉你(因为每个不合适的告诉一遍 工程量很大 并且谁也不会乐意说拒绝人的话) 但他不告诉你 不意味着你价格就合适了 即使你的价格合适了 也不意味着你的生意就搞定了 报价只是一个敲门砖 让他可以排除掉不懂行的或打算黑一票的供应商的一个步骤 他会和价格比较好的那几家继续谈 向他们索取样品 也许你的价格最低 但样品不过关 这也就是很多人在抱怨的:“为什么之前价格也谈好了 样品一寄 没反应了 骗子一个”
世界上没那么多骗子的 真正的骗子也不会是骗你的样品 他要你样品干什么 自己穿还是自己吃 采购商的办事流程 思维过程是怎样 很清楚很简单的 你设身处地想想就知道了 分析一下 到底哪里出了问题 别动不动就埋怨客户不实 你下次把报价砍掉一半 看看有多少客户成天缠着你 如果把中国你的同行名单全列在你眼前 你估计做外贸的信心都没了 更不会去怪什么客户没反应了
外贸做久了 你会对自己的产品有概念 什么价格 报给什么样的客户 会有什么反应 两年前免费网站资源还丰富 每天能查到很多询盘 每个都花大力气去搞 但回复寥寥无几 现在回想起来 那时那种报价 那种对产品的了解程度 有人回复就见鬼了 现在的客户资源还是以前积累起来的那些 没有变化 客人们还是会给我发询盘 但大部分 我都不会去搞了 因为我知道这些产品我没有竞争力 但有竞争力的产品 我写的每句话都会有很强的针对性 客户会有什么反应 八九不离十
你去问问靠外贸发达的人们 大客户就那么几个 好产品也就那么几个 有的甚至只有一个客户 一个产品 每个月出啊出 就这么赚大钱 你认为他牛 他是老外贸 你让他帮你推销你的产品 他毛也推不出去一根 外贸的精髓是需求和供应相匹配 还有就是服务细致周到 而不是比谁英语溜 比谁信写的长 比谁每个礼拜追着客户问为什么追的紧。
