这个客户是之前打电话寻找的,当时他说话的口气也很牛吧。
说不从中国买东西,因为他的很多中国供应商卖给他的产品
不到十天就坏了(可见中国产品的质量问题)。之后就把电话挂了。
但我想了一下说,反正电话也打了,发封邮件过去解释一下,顺便
推销一下我们的产品。
First I would like to say sorry about that some of our chinese supplier provide some bad quality products to ur company,
maybe it brought some troubles for you.So you know there are also some good other suppliers which you have not found them.
here we are one, in our company, we pay much attention to our products quality. we have our own factory, which could control the quality very good. you could see the attached are some prices of our products and some pictures of our factory. You could see the testing room, the aging room. As for us the aging room is very important for us, every time when we finished our products, we will age those lights at least 72 hours. if during this period, there is not one which is wrong then we will be rest assure to make the delievery to our customers. we have been in this field for about 5 years. And our engnieer department is very good. I could understand your position, if I were you, I will still worry about the quality when I do some business. but how about try some other things which maybe they will satisfy you. I know promise some times doesn't mean anything, so I could strongly recommend you to buy some samples from us for your testing. then at that time you will know our products better.
之后他也没回我,我也没理了。 但是刚才收到他的邮件说,口气很牛的说,好,如果,你想和我们公司合作。给我发几个样品到我们公司某某处。:L :L 很牛的说。他回的。
If your company is interested in an cooperation with us, you can send us some LED spot and LED bulb samples which are interesting for German and Europe market.
Please note that all items must have CE sign on it and a valid CE certificate.
然后我一看这么牛叉, 心中有点不服气。 一般我都不免费送样的,但是还是给他回了。

free. But really I can not promise that whether I can make it successful.
if I make it successful,then the shipping must paid by your company, please be attention.
it never happened that we pay both the shipping and the samples before. sorry about that.

我觉得做的不错了。
客户来牛脾气可能当时心情不好,可能工作很忙,经常有供应商找。自然会有不耐烦的,就像我们经常接到推销电话,久而久之也会烦。
但是不管怎么牛的客人,如果你和他多交流几次以后,就算当时感觉没什么效果,只要过程中态度坚决,并且不失水准,够专业的话,过些时间再去和他好好聊,还是有机会的。而且这样的客户更容易做成生意。
正如中国的老话,不打不相识。打过之后,如果太不讲理的一方,多少会有一点点自责的。
所以,把握技巧和节奏,说不定会意外的抓住意想不到的优质客户。
做生意这样,做人也这样,有时候要活得认真,有时候要大度,更多精彩和专业。
