奶奶的，虽然知道自己英语不好，但是看见别人说是垃圾，心里还是很不爽，噶烦，搞的我现在没心情写了，看电视去等调整好心态继续写，唉，杯具……:Q
How time flies! It 's been three years since I graduated from college and I worked as a international sales all the time. My feeling is very complicated at the moment. Looking back of my life，it is worth to cherish and miss. Maybe Most of the sales will know that their jobs is not easy as you like.
(1)My first job spend me a month's time because I am a graduating students and many companys don't like a personer who haven't any experience to work for them. Once I was so whiny that lose the confidence in finding work. I finally emploied by a clothing company after many fail interviews.And I am so happy when I get the notice of employ and don't know what the words I can use to describe my feelings. I think that I am a little childish at that time. Then I go to the company with a excited heart . All is very newfangled for me, likeenvironment, colleagues, boss and so on. A, it is a factory produce and export all kinds of clothes with about 600workers.There are many departments in the office block and about 10 international sales in the foreign trade department, 6old sales and 4new. It is big company in my opinion and I decide to work hard to make a success. First day a predecessor take charge of teaching me about my jobs and she is a serious girl I fell. So I always ask her sometings and try my best to help her to finish some jobs which she assigned. Furthermore I often give her someing to eat and try my best to make us have a good cooperative relationship, I am so active I think. We are well in the initial days but I am so angry when find she stealthily delete my study information in my computer, so crazy. Why she do that? Isn't I good enough for her? But I don't debunk her and still treat her as before. I gradually find that I don't like this company especially those old colleagues. They always exclude the new colleagues like us. Example they dispense the refreshment which our boss gived to each the old sales but don't dispense anyone to our news. In fact, we don't want to eat refreshment but that processingmode make us fell not good and we will think that is a discriminate. You know my boss wanna all of us to eat it and ask one of the old colleagues to distribute. But ……， I don't know what can I say. In addition, the boss don't send the salary(1000RMB one month,the graduating students only worth this moey,sosatirical) to us on time according to contract and it will be sended to us after 2months, it means that the salary will be postponed. In short, one of my new colleagues resign then I left the company too. Because I think I can't study anyting in this company which is controled by the old sales and it is side that the boss always can't retain any new sales……In this way, I end my first job less than one month with sadness and lsense of loss……Through this experience I understand that as a new sales you must learn to take the initiative no matter anything and of course you should choose a correct, suited company for you……（this segment is over)
(2)My next job is also as a sales in a equipment company and it didn't take too much of my time. And this time I asthough have a little experience than the first time. The factory clearly not big compared to the original one. There are about 60personers to work in the workshop and only one sales in the foreign trade department. While it is perfect as it has most of the departmental office like other regular companys though it is small. Then I started my new job at here. The old sales is a boy and his age isn'tolder than me. But he has done sales about 2years and look like a experienced man. I often ask him some questions about the business and he always tell me patiently , I am so moved. As time goes on, I have study many things from him. I begin to know how can release the products, how to find the customers , how to communicate with the foreigners, not only I know many free B2B websites but also Login and release our prodcuts on them crazy. About one month I have begin receive some inquirys and study to contact these customers. In short,a new colleague come to work with me and we become good friends soon. She's English is very good and always help me to improve my poor english. We also discuss some business after work. About after 3month one of my client who is a funny indian will come to our factory after the Chinese New Year, I am very happy because he is developed by me on the free website. So I believe that as long as you pay, there will certainly return, is right, guys? However more and more good news are coming to me. I won my frist orders which is from free Alibaba China about 4month after come to this factory. I am so excited though it is a interior orders . But the male sales with a surprise countenance ask me why and where do I get the orders, it looks like a very incredible thing. Because all of the pay website(like alibaba no matter international or interior and the international website value about 100000RMB each year) is used by himself. With his suprise the next good news is my Venezuela client come to our factory and we have a good meeting. You know this is my first time to entertain clients and I am very nervous in the begining. But the lucky is that he is not only very funny but also very friendly,this kind and handsome man make me have a relaxed heart when chatting.And it is very interesting that he like the beers very much and keep speaking all the time when have the meat, haha. .
