1，我本将心像明月，奈何明月照沟渠
走上职场，才慢慢体会到了“人在江湖，身不由己”这八个字的含义。本来希望一直在原单位按照合同上签订的3年合同做下去，谁知道人生充满X,今年公司发生了重大的变化，任职8-9的原总经理兼股东，被董事长赶下了台，因为2人对公司未来的走向意见不同，发生分歧。未来公司的产品既有可能转型，那样我们外销部的存在就没有任何意义了，或许只能成为台湾工厂的跟单，这不是我想要的，所以在5月份提出辞职。
离职后，原经理给我打电话，希望我到他的工厂做事，我说需要考虑一下，他的工厂是个新厂，未来的发展不太清楚。在和经理交涉后，他答应给我年薪4-5万，月薪高出原来1200，就算有什莫不测，至少可以保证一点经济利益吧 。我是不是有点鼠目寸光阿？

开心鸭子：既然原厂没发展的空间，就应该出去，何况月薪更高呢

事情一切似乎在朝着美好的方向发展，这个新公司里面的管理体系要比原单位完备很多，尽管去年刚刚起步。天有不测风云，到了8月份公司受到巨大的压力，不是接不到单，不是管理问题，而是其他种种压力，其实这种压力也是公司各位股东造成的，只不是他们怀着侥幸心理，期望逃过这一关，谁又能想到呢？公司在运行了9个月后，也就是这个月宣布倒闭。

也就在这些愁云惨淡的日子里，一个炎热的夜晚，我的手机，钱包，身份证被偷了。我住在公司租的私房内，整个3层楼都是我们公司的，我住在靠阳台的房间里，一个人住。 其实 自从第一天我进去后，就感觉到不安全，因为别人不费吹灰之力就可以从窗户内爬进来，起初我很谨慎，后来习惯了，又因为天气太热了，晚上睡觉我就开着窗户，吹着电扇，这正为小偷提供了便利。

雪上加霜，用来形容我现在的日子真是很妙，但是我很庆幸，我还年轻，留得青山在不怕没柴烧。呵呵
我和一位和我私交甚密的加拿大客户说了我现在的处境，他很关心我，下面是我们的邮件往来。

I fell not well recently .Firstly ,my wallet ,ID card ,mobilephone was stealed when I was asleep in my bedroom in last thursday night ,however ,the policeman did not care this little case after I speaked to them,becasue this case is so many in China.

Then I have to inform you a bad news about xx LTD ,which will be closed /bankruptcied in near future ,owing to many reasons .I did not expect this ,and it seemed well in the development ,but now ..

I have to seek for new jobs and we will keep in touch with each other ,sorry for this .

I am sorry to hear of your most unfortunate news.It is never pleasant to be the victim of theft, and even here in Canada there is usually nothing the police can do about it.They file a report and that is all that happens.I have lost my wallet before, and had some personal items stolen, and it is a real pain in the butt to get replacements.Are you living in a company dormitory or an apartment?How did the thief get into your room?I think that is the scariets aspect of the whole thing, it is like having your personal space violated.

Of course, I am sad to hear about XX LTD too.What happened?It seemed to be doing well.

So, you must now look for new work.I have two things I can offer you for consideration, but no promises.First, if you are available in October, you can work as my interpreter during my visits.I would pay you for this service.I don't usually need one as most people speak good English, but it is not a bad idea to have a Chinese speaking person with you to tell you what is NOT being interpreted.The second would be to put you in touch with the Director of WECO China.I know he is looking for new staff to work in the Shenzhen office, and I would be prepared to recommend you to him if you want to move from Ningbo.This is for you to consider.

All the policeman do same thing when this happened ,they only file a report and say if they have time they will investigate it but they have no time until now .I am living a dormitory ,a house owned by a local citizen ,which was rent by our plant outside the factory ,all of our colleagues live in third floor ,and my room was beside the balcony ,so this is so easy to accross the windows into my room.I think the theft do this ,because I did not closed the windows that night and the windows was ever pushed ,I have to close the windows now although the weather temperature is too hign these days .My bank cards and namecard was found on the 4th floor next day ,but the ID card was not ,So I have to issue a new ID card ,which is necessary in China.

Now ,the problems is too complexed to clear it and something was connected with some person ,so I can not clear it to you .

All your suggestions are well appreciated .First ,I am likely to be your interpreter when you come to China if I have space ,and do not charge your any fees for this service,due that you are my good friends ,so I need to improve my listening to follow you .As you know my major was International Economy and Trade,so my English was not good as the English majors .

Are the director of WECO in Shen Zhen ,China now ?If he need person now and I am keen on supporting him and move to ShenZhen asap.I would like to work together with him and as a good assistance if I can,because I like the European - American work circumstance and system.

Well, at least you got your bank card back, that's a relief.I guess that the ID card and mobile phone will not be found, but I can't understand why someone would steal an ID card.Is there some criminal use for stolen cards?

前几天发了邮件应聘一外销职位，今天去面试。谁知路途遥远，早上7点出发，几乎10点钟，待车子倒了7，8个才到达目的地，一个偏僻的开发区，工厂背后是巍巍群山，乍看还有点诗意阿。
当初在中华英才网上找到这家企业，让我心动的当然是薪资了，试用期2000，转正后2600-3000，提成按比例计算，第二天人事部的人告知我转正后2800，我想完全可行，工资虽然没现在高，但是提成很可观，况且他们的产品很多有专利的，因该有竞争优势的。
今天人事部的人不在，总经理兼董事长直接面试我。说是面试，其实是他的个人演讲。老板小学毕业，但是很有商业头脑，有魄力，虽然不知道他说的有多少水分，但是从言语当中看出这个老伴不简单。他滔滔不绝的给我讲道理，营销实践知识，哈哈，惭愧惭愧，欧的实践太少了，老板直接跟欧讲，你的学历文化水平还可以，就是实践知识缺乏，确实，偶工作只有一年，他们本来要找2年以上工作经验的，这也是偶的一个劣势，所以他说如果录用，偶的转正后工资2600，“原因是其他人的工资都是2800，但是他们工作经验丰富，如果和他们持平他们心理不平衡，对你的发展不利。”还说工资完全透明，谁的多少，都很分明。重点在奖金一项，他说每个人每月基本都有4-5万，真是太出乎偶的意料，后来和一同事说了，他说有点太虚了，不值得信。偶也在怀疑中，不过他们的产品确实很有竞争力，GOOGLE 排名第一，YAHOO排名第六，我查过的，确实很牛，他说这是他放弃了很多机会才换来的，原来他开过很多工厂，每年盈利500万，后来放弃了这些产品专注于现在的产品，光缆接头盒，1999-现在，直到去年才盈利。这一点真实值得佩服，是真的吗？我同事很怀疑，我比较相信别人的话，请大家判断。我对这一行不太了解，不知道他说的是否真实，但从搜索还有其他方面看来，应该是很不错的。
经理发表了长篇演讲后，对我说你回去查一下，看看我说得是否真实，在了解一下这方面的信息，表个态，是否有决心做这一行，然后将给人事部。我们也会考虑的，下周给你答复，过2天还有一个从宁波过来面试的，拥有8年外贸经验。（这分明是在给我施压吗?意思很明白，小样的，你还很嫩，悠着点）

girltb04：光缆接头盒，我就做这个的，感觉这个产品很局限，或许是和我们公司的平台有关。用的都是免费的平台，一年两次国际通讯器材展，一个北京，一个深圳的。仅此而已。

他说他们公司上半年已经参加了5个展会了，下半年还有几个。他一直十分强调公司产品处于全国前列，全球领先位置。如果选择他们公司业务非常容易开展，几乎都是客户找上门来的。他们要求业务单证全部由一个人承担，责任也是由个人承担，看老板的一幅不苟言笑的样子，感觉压力很大。
我到底要不要去呢？

我所知道的，接头盒做得最出名的就是美国的3M公司，至于国内嘛，我们老板一直说我们的产品质量最好，还有一个是余姚的展通，不过他们的价钱比我们低很多，质量也不是很好。接头盒这个产品，你最好考虑清楚了。当初老板对我说的是外贸，让我自己一个人负责，开展，你也知道，没有平台很难做的，所以现在的局式是变成了做内贸了。全球领先？呵呵，先问下他们是否做了Rose认证了再说吧，如果没有一定实力的话，这个认证是做不了的。接头盒好像做一个下来至少要1-2W吧，一个型 号的。而且没有这个认证，是不能出口欧美国家的。当然，如果你们的原材料供应商能提供也是不错的。至于去不去，你要考虑清楚了。别到最后像我一样，弄个内贸就郁闷了。我现在也在找工作呢，找到就走。再不做接头盒这种产品了。

枫丹白露007：下周深圳的主管就要过来了，到时候可以面谈阿。
不过，另外一个问题来了。我们的大老板昨天问我工作定了没有，我说没呢。他想让我到他的另外一个公厂去，下周要和我喝茶聊聊。我很喜欢和他一起工作，他为人随和，风趣幽默，不像这儿的土老板，他本科学历，擅长业务和技术，和他在一起可以学到很多知识，也很轻松。有一点担忧的地方就是他们公司的管理可能比较混乱，我先前的同事在他那儿干过，每天听她与那边的人吵架，整个一小型火山，每天喷出熊熊岩浆，真是烦人。她说，那边的管理混乱，什莫都很差劲，后来她终于挺不住离开了，我是不是会变成那样呢？
虽然老板的管理水平有限，但是他毕竟在过去十年当中很好的经营了另一家公司，我对他还是抱有希望的。
下周，我的脑皮包又要死很多了，抉择到底去哪家？去深圳还不能确定，去他那儿应该没有问题。
只能走着瞧了。
