自从上星期遇到日本骗子以后，今天好像又遇上了，但是我还是不能确定，请大家帮帮忙看看这个是不是骗子。
一个多月前联系一个沙特的中间商，加了msn，谈了大概一个星期左右产品，他们就斋月放假了，知道今天我发邮件给他，他回我了，内容如下：
well thanx for your e.mail. We are planing to come to your factory regarding the umbrella, we are bringing our samples with us that we have collected now. Also we will see your samples once we reach there. Our first order will be not too much maybe 60,000 pcs. But slowly we will make the quantity more. We have perchased before from zhejiang province but the quality was not so good. This time we will be needing better quality.
Ok first of all we want to know that if u can make proper invitation for us from your factory. If u can let me know as soon as possible so that we can send u our name and passport detail. Here is my cell number (0096************), u can just write this number and SmS me i will get the Sms on my mobile from china. let me know if u can make and send me the invitation letter as soon as possible.
他要我开邀请函给他，不是政策对非洲有限制而已嘛，中东也有？和他谈产品的时候感觉他不想骗子呢，大家觉得怎样呢？如果开了邀请函， 他来到中国犯法了，我司要承担法律责任吗？

“Our first order will be not too much maybe 60,000 pcs. But slowly we will make the quantity more” 从这句话就令人质疑，如果说第一单不大，只是试单的话，又怎么会要60，000？？
