真是烦躁，英语学的不好，想骂人都不会。
记得有位仁兄在心情版块曾经发表了一篇骂人贴，后悔我没收藏，现在想找出来用，结果找了半天都没找到。
真是恨。
一个中东的客户和他联系了N久，结他发了很多报价还有图册，结果今天他突然说出我们工厂的中文名字（拼音），令我大为惊奇，忙问他是谁？结果他说这是商业秘密，于是发生了下面的悲剧。
Is your supplier called xxx?

I'm so sorry to hear that. Therefore I couldn't supply you any informations about our products and company anymore, bcz we don't know you and your company. Hope you can understand my position as we are all afraid spy.

本来我还在心平气和的和他说，猜想他最多也就是一spy而已，因为我收到的询盘是以色列的询盘。我想他可能是另外一工厂的spy吧。就把他的全部资料删除了。没想到他在邮件的最后一句加上“is an impudence”.我心里这个气。
于是强忍着火气回复道：
Hi Christine,
Do you have any evidence to prove that we copy your designs? Do you have the courage to give us your phone No. and your website, let us check who you are and if you are keeping copying our designs, bcz you have gained so many business informations from us by cheating.

收到了他的回复，
Not only from us but from anyone. If you don’t have your own designs it does not mean you can copy or worse, use intellectual property such as photographs, unless you're an authorized distributor - even if your clients provide you the pictures and info.
The way you do is posting pictures on your website, putting them in your pricelists and then copying and posting pictures of your own showing the copies.

MB，这也能叫抄袭？没有研发部门就是抄袭？中国没有自己研发部门的工厂和贸易公司多的去了，国家都不管，你DIAO个MAO啊！还不知道有多少工厂抄袭我们的样式呢？我们找谁理论去。
只是心里超恨，因为我给他发了很多很多的报价，给他发了好几份样册，发了超过500种款式过去。心里这个恨啊。
我为什么就没发现他是个spy呢？我们的群发软件上面显示它的邮件是来自美国的。我也就没多想。
MD，没想到是这个德性。我从事外贸一年多来，第一次遇到这样的情况，本来就有点感冒，忍无可忍，决定开始我外贸的第一骂：

后来又陆续收到他的几封邮件，原来我们的供应商是同一家工厂。他还威胁我把我的邮件转发给XXX，我说你尽管转发吧。
我难道还怕你不成.
MB，心里实在是恨。愤怒至极

We've nothing wrong with our suppliers, but we have some very intense past arguments with 。and always fought and asked them time after time not to copy our designs, they kept doing so. We and all our partners (brand suppliers) in Europe spend fortunes to develop our designs and despise our copiers. It's improper to do what they were and are doing.

As a relater between us and suppliers here I was trying to negotiate but .. would not listen.

I had nothing personal about F but it seemed that he was just too desperate and short-minded speaking like that and I was not going to get to this level.

1-) You pretended yourself as a buyer to steal so many business informations from me, please tell me how I can smile to you with respected? I hate anyone whom gained my trust with cheating.

2-) "impudence" is a dirty words in my opinion, so I have to give my rude response to anyone whom is ungracious to me first.

3-) There are thounds of tradeing companies and factories in china which don't have their own designs and research department, but the laws don't prohibit us. If you have the evidence that we have copied your designs without authorized, you can lodge a complaint to the court.

4-) Do you have the courage to show us your real identity? The flunky always hide itself in the dark in terror, but an upright man walk on the bright street in a good humour.

Everyone is equal before the law, but you have no right to dispraise anyone without evidence. You can do anything you want, but please don't wast my time and energy.
