如题在最近一次和客人的价格谈判中,最终客人妥协,接受了我们的价格,PI已签,款子也到了,小开心下..现把往来有见贴出来,大家相互
学习,指出我的不足哈!

Can you give me a quote for 1000pc of the 60L crate which you supplied?
Need a very good price as things are very tight here at the moment and the excahnge rate is also killing.

Appreciate ur quick response.
After check with my boss,we would quote you US$5.00/Pc for 1000pcs of 60L crate,I am
not sure whether this price is Okay for urside,But this is the best i can do for u.As things
in china are also not so good at this moment.pls kindly check and let me know ur comment!

Thanks for your response but unfortunately we can not afford your price of $5.00 at the moment.
Will appreciate if you could discuss with your boss and get me a better deal.
We can offer you $4.50 per crate as on this price, it cost us about NZ$12 landed here.
It will be better for us just to buy here if we pay US$5.00 because we can get this locally around NZ$13-15.
Hope you can work out things where we are. Also this crates are not for sale, we will be using it our self.
In future, if you do come to New Zealand, I will show you what we do with your crates.

I can understand ur status and the business in china is also not easy now.I have
reported ur information to my boss and we have a serious meeting this morning.
Finally,we decide to make an concession and adjust the price from US$5.00 to
US$4.80. This price is a little high than ur target price,But pls understand that
it is really the best i can do for you,Pls kindly check and let me know ur further
comment.Tks!
Anyway,The Chinese Spring Festival will come soon,Here enclosed one piece of warm
card wanna share with u.From the card,The red mean: Prosperity.The bird stand for you
can fly higher in the new 2009.The flowers mean that you will have a rapid development

Unfortunately your price is bit above our budget so I can not give an order at the moment. Will appreciate if you can reconsider my pricing as I am talking to one of our customers at the moment and if things work out good, you will recieve very good orders from us in the future.
So please, let me know what is the very best you can do.
I am sure you can work things out for me.
I will issue order as soon as we agree to a good price.

Yes,Now business is not easy not only in New Zealand but also in china,Also i believe we can have
more business withu in the 2009.But after rediscuss and meeting with my boss.The price US$4.50 is
really tough for us.That's to say:If we accept this price ,that means we will make loss..Let's make half
and set the price at:US$4.65 Okay??That's the best i can do for u at the moment,If things change better
in the furture,i will let u know and give u the best offer.How do you think of that?Pls check and let me know
ur final decision.!

有的时候接到单子的成就感,远远比不上你说服客人接受你的价格来得那么让人高兴,所以每一位朋友当客人对我们说价格高的时候
一定不要慌了手脚,坚持自己的立场,用诚恳的态度,最后你一定也可以成功的!

trandy_liu:我说句你不爱听的话,你并没有赢,客人最后跟你做不是因为你讨价还价的能力,而是从一开始他就想跟你合作,不然他不会跟你讨价还价,也就意味着,你第一次报的价格他就基本能接受,本能让他bargain,是你在降价到4.8后,他觉得依然还有降价的可能,就本能的使出别的手段跟你讨价还价,最后你还是输了。
现在做外贸的关键点不在于讨价还价,而在于能否让客户从一开始的沟通中就有想与你合作的愿望,如果有,你报什么价格他都能接受,如果没有,你报再低的价格他也不接受。
纯属个人意见,多多指教。
