2006010351：Wanna start a new life
I am Steven,my beautiful hometown is Ganzhou city. I started my foreign trade work at the beginning year of 2010, as some person reason I had choose a not big factory which dealing in mobile phone charger and car chager,with 13 years history,listened it is maybe good, so when I begin to work in this factory I am work hard and do my best to learn all the things.
In the first month, I just learn the knowledge about the product and some skill on the foreign trade, meanwhile, dealing with some inquiry but not get anything, many reasons cause to it.When the end of the mouth,I got a very bad news that our commision only be granted to us
after half a year. I felt I am cheated by this company and my mood is very bad, I consider left this cheat company but I clam as I should learn more experience, so I choose to continue stay here.
In the second month , everything is going slowly and as before, not so much changes.But my mood have some problem as no any harvest.
In the third month , everything still developing as before. Someone told me that you must work hard more and need more time to get the
trust from the clients. When the end of the third mouth , I still not any harvest, but still hard work.
In the end of fourth month , I have get an order, I am luck this time, I am very happy.

For my first order , it is cost a month then finish it and the quality is not so good, I am so confused as the bad management and the so long
lead time. My first client is from Brazil and he is a gentleman , good guy, but I felt I am sorry for him as the quality is not so good, the factory
cannot re-produce the goods.:(
At presant , our lead time is about two month, it is too bad and I can get the order as nobody can accept this lead time, and our factory
have no solution,just let it be. Now I wanna resign and find a new job. Hope everything is ok.
I think as a factory should have a reliability quality and a reasonable lead time, and wanna establish a long win-win business relationship with
some reasonable clients, that's good for all sides.Actually , this is a my dream,hope it come true and I can find this.
