We reduced the number of 8 inch miter kits.Also we want 10 of the 8 inch miter kits with all parts but do not want elbows.

Regarding the Y-Pipes they need to be galvanized.

Please let us know if this will fit in a 40 foot high cube container.

Firstly.Like first time the purchase order quantity you send.
But for ******should as following

36 SETS********Miter kits (with 8" Elbow with 8" Y-pipe)
4SETS ********Miter kits（No Elbows）

This is which i amend it. Other quantity is same like before.Total volum is suit for 1*40HC container.I calculate it all goods can loading.

How about ur opinion.If you have any question.please let me know.

(By the way.sorry for 5inch Y-Pipe and 8inch Y-Pipe twice appeared in packing list forms in previous email.)

I want 10 sets without elbows. Once you have done this you can make the complete sets of 8 inch miters up to what quantity will fill the container.

Why so long to produce? This is over 8 weeks for production? We want quality product but the lead time is to long if we have to send the deposit then wait this long for shipping. Please double check this and let me know as we need the product quicker than this or we lose the summer months in the states. For the markings I will let you know on Monday what we want you to put on them.
I am out of the office until next Wednesday so not able to have face to face until then. Check the lead time then we will decided on the order.

Attached is a picture looking down the top of the 7" Tip to view the gap between the inside of the tip pipe and outside of the mid pipe. This gap is present after the clamps have been tightened as far as they can be. This lose fitting is leading to the Tips separating from the Mid Pipes easily while the truck is being operated.

As discussed with H, the O.D. (Outside Diameter) of the 7" Mid Pipe that the tip receives needs to be increased; still allowing Tip/Mid-Pipe to slide together with minimal effort (no tools required) with full Three Hundred and Sixty Degree contact between the Tip I.D and Mid Pipe O.D. even before the clamps are tightened.

1. According previous problem the exhuast pipe we develop is 2012 and never changed size.

2. For 7 Inch kits We have customer also come across this problem.The gap of taperlock is litter loose.So About this is problem we had adjust mould two month ago.The O.D.(outside)of the 7" Mid pipe that the tip receives already had been increased.

3.We promise like this is problem never happen again.Now the pipe taperlock it's snug fits.(Now the Tip I.D and Mid Pipe O.D.already friendly connect.)

原因很多，主要以下方面：
1.公司没有平台，ALIBABA,MADE IN CHINA.一个像样的平台多没有。公司不参加展会。应聘的时候说会参加美国的展会。我看现在参加国内的展会根本是不可能。
2. 三月底美国展会期间，四月初我给相关的客户发目录，反正我是发目录，不是发报价。当时不知道怎么的发到了一家老客户（订单一年最多一票。不多貌似国内的外贸代理）那里。人家立马打电话给老板说。不要乱发报价单。于是老板气冲冲的跑来跟我说，不要乱发报价单。那时候我也就没发什么报价单。后来6月初，公司内部没什么单子了。老板时不时跑来说，你就不会接单的啊。当初他自己叫我顾前大局不要乱发报价单。没单想起让我这个业务员接单。我无语。也就是老板跟我吵架的第二天，我递出辞职报告的第二天连续来了将近三个高柜的大单。一个高柜是我全权联系的。老板不会英文。虽然不是新客户。但是我自己有信心凭自己的实力开发新客户（只要我给我一个舞台，我就能获得掌声跟鲜花。）
3. 公司财政不怎么样。我们的产品利润很高，但是公司有上千万的债务，虽然跟我不搭噶。但是这也影响我工作的心情。动不动有人来办公室讨债。还有我之前的2800的基本工资每个月多不能保障。拖了又拖。（本来就该发的工资，还的写什么预支条）之前刚来应聘的时候说提成是百分之一。说新客户有提成，老客户没提成。工作了一个月，一次偶然跟老板谈。老板说提成千分之一，新客户有提成，老客户没提成。我晕。当时我就想不干了。但是没说什么。因为还没发过工资，后来工作了两个月。发了第一个月的工资。工资压一个月很正常，但是拖工资就是没安全感。
4.老板为人。我只能说，可能我是另类。除了老板，我能跟其他人圆满的恰到好处的沟通。
5.不想为不懂得欣赏自己能力的人打工。

没啊，你用翻译软件看完我的邮件吗？如果是那样，我估计或许你感觉有很多语法问题。其实我不太怎么注重语法，只要客户能看懂。口语能够跟客户流利的交谈。我感觉语法并没有想象的那么重要。我感觉做外贸更注重的是仔细，耐心。注意整个外贸流程的前因后果，这些你考虑好了。问题也不是问题了。可能我见解有偏见。但是我认为语言的最终目的是为了沟通。
