We still have not received an estimated quote on pricing for shipping these products from China or approval from Inspection. But after finally having time to do a cost comparison on the tape and cord, there islittle to no cost savings involved purchasing these products from your company.In fact, there would be a huge price increase due to the shipping costs (which we are estimating based on the charges for the two samples submitted).

We thank you for you time and interest, but at this point and time there is no sense in pursuing these products any further.

Joanne, please excuse my straightforwardness. You don't purchase the tape, because of the price(also the shipping cost) or because you don't need it at the moment? If it's the former, I would like to say that the "shipping cost" is much less expensive than the "sample delivery charge". Because samples were delivered by air, handled by courier like UPS.But shipping cost is generated when we deliver the products by sea. It's about USD 550 to ship the 7,000rolls tape from Shanghai to New York.

I'll also try my best to ask my team for a better price for you, although it will be tough for me because we already offered competitive price. But I'll do something, because I want to continue the honor to work with valued …. I also enjoyed our communication very much. In addition, both of us put much efforts on this case. We cherish your great efforts Joanne, and we want it to be recognized.So if you like, I would like to re-quote a CIF price based on the quantity 7,000rolls. Then you just need to consider the little import customs-clear fee. Or if you let us know your target CIF price, that would be greater. If we can do even with a little profit, I'll let you know directly.

From the view of product, we have been in the field for 17 years. Our tapes are reliable, because made of butyl rubber from Japan. Our tapes are widely recognized in Russia, USA, South Europe and Asia. We really hope that we could cooperate with valued ….

你这是在侮辱客人的智商。
应该立即告诉客人大货的运费,。不用再写一封邮件问可不可以报7000ROLLS的大货了,因为这样还会多出一个轮回讨论运费的问题,直接把CIF 7000ROLLS的价格连同运费一起报上,如果他感兴趣,会回信继续问。
还有,邮件稍微有点长。

I appreciate all your hard work also.We still never received a quote from our freight forwarder regarding an estimate on this shipment.

My reply was simply based on your price compared to our company’s current supplier's price.There is only a slight cost savings based on your quote, but with the freight, documentation and fees involved, We would wind-up paying more for these products if purchased from you.Our current freight estimated was also based on other products imported and the costs involved, even though the commodity codes are different.

Also, I check with Inspection today and they are unable to test this material in-house.We would have to send the tape and cord out to a third party to be tested.This would add even more cost to these products.And based on the price difference this cannot be justified by Upper Management.

There is only about 20% difference between your price and our current suppliers price.

他已经说了有20%的DIFFERENCE了, 估计你报FOB 还要比他现在便宜
