上次的货,客人不满意.现在要下新单子,他这样说我: If u'll try to again complicate things and will play with words same as last time then we also know how to discuss with u . Until u don't reach at the stage of ur life experience that u try to play with words . If one time we cheated in business becoz we trusted with close eyes ' it doesn't mean every time u'll try to do it .
If u cared and u were little intelligent in business or with ur work ' within 1 year we did + 200000 US$ business with ur company wich we didn't do only becoz of ur things . We feel u r not sincere with ur company and also with ur work . 我需要跟他解释什么吗?说都是我的错??我发现目前是老板和老外2头受气啊

单子下了,价格给压的很低,都没有留给我说他的价格太低的余地. 现在老板也答应了他的价格.

沙哈拉:1楼,可能是你之前在客户投诉上次的货的时候你没有好好处理,现在客户还是要你们的货,说这样的恨话,就是要警告你不要犯上次同样的错。回客户的邮件吧,语气诚实忠恳一点。

产品不合格,应该不是我的错误.处理方面我都是听老板的..我也没有办法呢..不过我这个英语表达方面也不大好,可能让他不高兴了:Q
