小助理：毕业满希望，前路由我创 Graduates, Hold Your Future
毕业季的来临，阿连公司进入了面试高峰期。看到很多来面试的应届毕业生，那迷茫的眼神，好像根本不知道应该找什么样的工作。在跟他们聊天中得知，一些同学在不断的面试，不断的选择，对自己的工作定位一点都不明确。
With the coming of graduation season, our company enters the peak of interview. I see that a lot of new graduates come to interview with confused eyes, as if they have no idea for what kinds of job. After communication, I know that some graduates are not clear about their job identity and have constant interview and choices.
今天阿连特别邀请外贸Top Sales Crystal来分享一下她是如何由学生转变成一位Top Sales的。
Crystal, a top sales specially invited, shares that how to become a top sales from a student.

I, Crystal, as an experienced person, would like to share my experience to make you get something useful.
如何找适合自己的工作？How to find a job suits you?
我是2年前读国贸专业毕业的，我在学校的成绩不错，任职也多：班长、代理班主任、学校通讯社采访部的副部长。因为曾经当过代理班主任带新生，所以我的管理能力还OK，也比其他同学更细心。
I graduated two years ago majoring in international trade with good grades and many positions: monitor, acting head teacher, vice minister of College News Agency Acquisition Department. Because I was an acting head teacher to teach freshmen, my management ability was not bad and I was more careful than others.
我认为我是幸运的，我比同龄人都明确自己的就业方向。我一直都想要做外贸业务，但以自己的能力来说，一点工作经验都没有，要做业务还是需要一段时间锻炼的。如果直接选择业务的工作可能并不能做好，走得也不踏实，所以我决定先找一份跟单助理的工作，能够更好地熟悉外贸流程。而我真的如愿以偿进了现在的公司。
How lucky I was to clearly define my job direction than peers. I’ve always wanted to do foreign trade business, but with my own ability, I needed to practice after a period of time as an inexperience. If chose to do business directly, might be I couldn’t do well and ease, so I decided to be a merchandiser assistant to get familiar with the process of foreign trade better. And I really entered my current company as wish.
或许在当时同学们看来，我的工资都比他们低。跟班里同学相比，我比她们优秀但工资甚至才是某些同学的一半，大家都劝我换一份工作。甚至家人也不赞同，认为一位大学毕业的人不能连工厂流水线工人的工资都不如。
Perhaps in schoolmates’ opinion at that time, I got lower salary. Comparing with classmates, my salary was lower than theirs even half of some though I was more excellent. Everyone advised me to change a job including my family who held the point of view that an graduates couldn’t get lower salary than workers’.
受到了一致否定，我自己当时都一度怀疑自己是不是选择错了？难道自己的能力真的只是这个工资么？
Being negated, I once suspected whether I had chosen wrong? Was I just worth such salary?
还好我能冷静后理性分析自己的情况，我未拿到毕业证，没有经验，现在能够从跟单做起，这里还有愿意教我的好老师，和给我晋升发展的机会。虽然我是可以找到一份工资更高的工作，但我相信只要在这里自我价值提升了，不管你去哪都能成功。
Luckily, I analyzed my situation calmly and rationally: I did not get a diploma and I had no experience, but I could start as a merchandiser assistant. A good “teacher” was willing to teach me and gave me opportunity of promotion. Although I could find a job with higher pay, I believed that as long as I promoted here, successful I would be no matter where I was.
如何在工作中磨练自己？How to hone yourself at work?
刚进公司，我负责跟进老板跟总监的订单，所以是她们俩人都直接带着我。可因为我是新手，每天我都错漏百出，遇到了前所未有多的问题。每当一听到老大叫我的名字，我都心惊胆战，不知道又犯了什么错，从前我在学校锻炼出来的信心早已消失了。
At the beginning, I was responsible for following up orders of my boss and director, so they both directly taught me. But as a green hand, I made mistake every day, encountering an unprecedented number of problems. Every time when I heard my name, I was afraid because I had no idea about what mistakes I made again. My confidence got from school absolutely had gone.
那些日子我很苦恼，回想起来我今天的成绩全都来源于母亲的支持。我很清楚记得当时母亲是这样开导我的。母亲说你现在的工作辛苦能比我们以前种田吗？顶着烈日干活我们都能坚持，你现在有什么理由坚持不下去？还有，谁人无过？错了要好好记住，不要再犯。你现在是学习的时候，别人给了你机会，你要好好珍惜，好好做来报答。每次跟母亲聊完天，总会有满满的力量。每每想到爸妈的皱纹，我心里更不好受，我告诉自己不能气馁，要加倍努力！
I was so distressed in those days. In retrospect, my performance now comes from my mother’s support. I clearly remembered that my mother enlightened me: “are you harder than us farming in the past? We can insist with the burning sun, how can’t you insist? Moreover, who can be perfect? Just remember it and avoid it. You are now in period of learning, so you have to cherish the opportunity given by others and perform well as pay back.” Every time chatted with my mother, I could be full of power. Every time I thought of my parents’ wrinkles, I felt sad. So what I told myself was not be discouraged, but to work harder!
老大们也知道我在努力，很有耐心帮助我，不断提出我的缺点和告诉我该怎么改正。头三个月我基本上在错误中成长，但因为我的努力，三个月后居然有机会接了人生第一个销售订单，还是4个HQ！
My bosses also knew my endeavor so they helped me patiently, continuously reminding me of my shortcomings and telling me how to correct them. The first three months I basically grow by mistakes, but thanks to my efforts, three months later, I got my first sales order with 4HQs!
那种喜悦我相信只有销售才会带给我的，那种成就感也是只有销售才可以给到我。后来老大们都认可了我的工作能力，本来自己预计一年才转去做销售的，结果锻炼了半年左右，公司就调我去做销售了。到现在我的销售业绩在公司也是佼佼者。当然我的业绩离不开老大们对我的栽培，离不开她们对我的鼓励以及指导。
It is only sales that brought me such kind of joy and sense of achievement. Afterward, my work ability was approved by bosses, and I expected to do the sales one year later, but after half a year-practice, my company promoted me to do sales work. Now my sales performance ranks the top in company. Of course my performance relies on the cultivation, encouragement and guidance from bosses.
因为经历过跟单工作，我跟进客户的时候，考虑得会更全面，也更能理解其他部门同事的工作流程和体谅他们，同时工厂的运作我也了解，为我现在的工作提供了很大的便利。现在我越来越喜欢我们的公司，喜欢销售这份工作。我可以自豪地说，我准备好了，迎接每一个挑战！
Due to my experience of merchandiser assistant, in the process of following up, I have more comprehensive consideration, more understanding of work process of other department colleagues, understanding them, at the same time more knowing operation of the factory, which provides a great convenience for my present work. Now, I increasingly like our company, like this sales job. I can be proud to say that I’m ready to meet every challenge!
毕业了，你可以这样做 You can do this after graduation
早日给自己定职业规划，确定自己的目标，往明确的目标前进，才更有机会成功。
Make career planning as soon as possible, to determine your own goals, to clear goals to go forward, only then may you have more chance to succeed.
慎重选择岗位和公司，不要轻易辞职，频繁的换工作不利于一名毕业生的职业发展。与其跳槽，不如让自己变得不可替代!
Carefully choose jobs and companies and don’t resign easily. Frequently changing jobs is bad for a graduate’s professional development. Rather than change jobs, let yourself become irreplaceable!
新人进入公司肯定很多都不懂。所以你要主动有礼貌的请教前辈。如果你不问，别人都以为你是知道怎么做的，或者说你可以自己处理好。
As a green hand, surely you don’t understand a lot of the company. So you need to take the initiative to politely ask the seniors. If not, every one will regard you as knowing everything or you can handle by yourself.
不要觉得一些工作不是自己的工作就心里不平衡不去做，抱着虚心学习的态度工作，你的能力才能提高得更快。今天你能做别人不愿意做的事情，他日你能做别人做不了的事情。
Don’t be unwilling to do some works for considering it not your business and to be not balanced in heart. You can improve your skills more quickly only when you hold attitude of learning. Today you can do what others don’t want to do, and you can do others can’t in the future.
最后，也是我最心疼毕业生的地方，不要老是问路在何方。其实路就在脚下，前途就掌握在你的手中，你踏出的每一步就是你的路！
In the end, what I show pity most for graduates is don’t always ask where your road is. Actually, it is at your feet, and you hold your prospect. Every step you take is your road!
