然后一个叫RK的阿三让属下发了一封询价过来。要什么35号钢板。

We are in the business of supplying Auto Components to Indian and Global OEM for four wheeler . The parts which we are supplying are for the application of transmission system.

In the assembly of transmission system some child parts need raw material C-35 sheet of 6mm. The annual consumption is approximately 50 MT.

The Material specification is attached for your reference.

Kindly let us know the commercial offer and detailed modality of procurement( Lead time, MOQ, payment terms etc.). also send us your manufacturing feasibility report for our understanding.

If this product is in your current product range then try to arrange one sample sheet of ( 900mm*600mm*6) size for our trial and validation purpose.

后来终于找到一家，但是不是规定的尺寸，不管了，直接报过去了。

1) C35 sheet supplied is surface treated for PICKLING & OILED. If yes, please add the process cost in Final price.------FOB Price: USD 1190/MT(1250*6*624)
2) Are you supplying this C35 sheet to any other supplier in India?? If yes please specify.---------- So far we didn't supply this material to India, but we supply other metal such as SS304, PPGI , Hot rolled coils, etc.
3) What is the minimum lot size you can supply. -------- Now avaiable is 6*1250, your required dimension need to be customized, yet the price maybe higher. Pls notice;
4) Is there any Import restrictions from China or India Government to your knowledge.---------- Better consult your customs or your government; In China, we can export C35 sheets.

傻逼妈的还不肯付，找很多理由

Paying USD 50 is not an issue, the bigger issue is that “How to manage this”.
Since you are a new supplier, we have to open Vendor code & get all your bank detailsfor transfer of money & for such a small amount it is not worth.
Hence may I request you to kindly send the part on FOC ( Free of cost) basis & we will bear the Air Courier cost.

当时没找到酸洗加涂油的钢板，就回复他说你这个不需要酸洗涂油，巴拉巴拉

After confirmation with our fabrication and purchasing department, I am sorry to tell you that so far we don't have samples and products with pickling and oiled;
I am not finding excuses; Actually in China market, you can hardly find a supplier have C35 sheets with required dimension and surface pickling & oiled;If you need pickling and oiled for these C35 sheets, the price will be more higher.And according to our engineer, for some second parts, no need pickling and oiled.
So here please allow me to ask: Do you still need C35 sheets without pickling and oiled? The price is : 980 USD/MT Based on FOB Shanghai Port.

前几天，也就是8月份了，这个傻逼突然回复我了，还找了一大堆的借口；假惺惺问PI还有效吗，准备付款了都

My apology for delay in reply as we were not sure if to keep the C35 material in drawing or change the spec. to local material available in India.

However we have decided to go ahead with C35 only. So request to advise if the PI value as send earlier is still valid. If yes, then I can go ahead & make arrangements for payment.

I have confirmed with our engineer and fabrication manager; Pls refer to the following:
Now we have C-35 Sheets with surface oiled and pickled, in stock; Attached pls find MTC for the C-35 plate(not the same spec).The raw material is from state-owned factory AnSteel; http://en.ansteelgroup.com/index.html
However, we have no spare material for samples any more, because the products are complete sheets ;
If you still need samples, we only have sheets without oiled and pickled, after you received, the samples will have many rust on the surface;
The FOB Price for C-35 Sheet ,oiled and pickled,dimension:1250*6*624 is :USD 1090/MT;
Also, you can tell me your target price, that will be good for both of us; if we can do, we wish to have cooperation;

We require sample of C-35 Sheet ,oiled and pickled,dimension:1250*6*624 only. Hence request to provide the same & advise the target date.
和他说了没样品，傻逼还是要

The price of USD 1090/MT is acceptable for sample only.
这个可以啊，你样品要多少？一张咱可不做

Once the sample is OK, then for regular production our requirements are

1) Qty 5T/month 去年买了个表，说好的50吨呢？
2) Price USD 990/MT FOB or USD 1050 CIF 其实这也可以做，但我说最低1030 FOB，反正希望很小，何不调侃他一下
3) Payment terms Through Bank Transfer ( 90 days L/C) 去年买了个表，远期信用证，还90天？回复他说30%TT，70%发货前付清。
到此我的回复已经结束，昨天回复他的，阿三现在还没回复，我就当看看笑话了。
