看客户的邮件写的好诚恳,而且特别给人希望,说他们特别会大力推我们的产品,只要给了样品就有很大可能性下单了,要是我个人的话就可以给客户了,因为他会承担运费,无奈公司规定样品一定要收费,一个也不能免费

就看你们这个样品的价格如何了,我个人觉得,如果你觉得这个客户可以继续跟进下去,自己出钱也可以,但是可以在邮件里面标注,或者是减少相应的数量,我相信客户会体谅你的。
不扎手的仙人掌:客户把产品的费用算在运费里面,或者和客户说等后续批量的时候,可以在里面扣除或者给予一点优惠。
