I was asked to go to Thailand to attending an exhibition, but I never go abroad before, I even do not have passport, by boss said" it is ok, you can go home to do passport application on National holidays", sooooo messy.
P.S our company dealling machine and tools, so complex product, a trade company, I even cannot see reall machine, so do not very familar with it.

How long time do you have to get prepared ? Passport is just piece of cake, taking
about two weeks to get it all right.

3. Smile,smile..more active and progressive, try to catch the customers on site;P
4. Dont worry, all will be fine if you are confident enough.
5. Try to make your boss happy during the biz trip..even if you couldn't win any client finally, at least you enjoy the travelling.
