烦死了,一次又一次地还价。不过我一次都没降价。买个一万多美金的产品,让我们送他一千美金的样品,赚啥钱啊?本来要涨价的产品,给他这个价格已经很不错了。写的邮件真想揍他一顿。不过真是会侃。我是写不了那么多字的。
如下:

It was really awful. I cant believe such a big supplier cant afford few samples for the clients. Ok Can you provide at least these few? Only four small items.. KRX – 0801, 0902, 2202 & 2703? Please don’t say that this also not possible. I will make sure the next order will be on fast moving products with large quantity.
I didn’t ask you invitation to your factory. For taking Chinese visa we need an invitation letter from the company where were going to visit. Last time I get the letter from my old supplier. This time I am not going to Guangzhou so that is the reason I ask you a letter of invitation in your company letter head in English.
I have attached the invitation letters copy.

Please find the list for our order. As per the information from our sales and market team. You products price are comparatively higher than other suppliers. So many items I need to avoid from list. These items also I may get very little margin. Only 3-4 items I may get 20-25% profit.

Especially your school furniture’s models like KRX – 3003, 3002, 3001, 3008 etc. are getting good response but when it come to the price schools are not placing orders. They have 40 to 50% cheaper models in other companies.

Here we have to pay tax and other expenses from 90 to 140% of the total value. After adding our profits and the retail profit the price comes very high. There are many local companies also in this field.

If you can give a very very reasonable price. Then we can give good orders. Please give me a very reasonable price for the above order. Also send separate quote for the above school furniture models only for one container. I will try if the price is good. Also most of them asking to wait till January for giving order because of this currency issues. If you can wait till that time then I can try more quantity per item even adding more container.

I am also facing financial issues because we cannot do banking in higher amount till December 31st. So if I get better price then I can give you the Purchase Order. Hope to start a good business relationship in this coming New Year!

The global market crashing down. All over the world business is badly affected. Even in China we know the situation how it is. I am getting hundreds of mails form companies with slashed quotes. As we are in these field we know it clearly.
I was expecting a better rate from you as I have cut down the items and increased the quantity. Anyhow it is your products and decision is yours. I should not expect more from you as you were not even provide few samples also.
Anyhow I need the ILAC-MRA certification copy for all your products in my list as per customs requirement. So send me these certificates copy by mail.
Today night I am leaving to Dubai. Will be back only on 1st week of January. From tomorrow our offices are closed for Xmas holidays. If there is no more revise in your price then please give time till I come back from Dubai. By the time my sales team will get the orders from the schools or retailers. So at least I can get back my payment little early. Here we get payment against our supply after 60 to 90 days. There is only 20 – 30% items against order in the list. Rest we have to get order. Then I will get only very small amount as profit. Then it doesn’tworth purchasing these products

Convey my regards and thanks to your boss for such a wonderful discount. About worth of purchasing.. I will be able to tell only after I get order at least for 70% of order. For that I have to wait till January second week. If you could wait till that time for advance then I can give you the order. Otherwise I am sorry because I have to take risk for the those items.
Here we never do business without minimum 10-15% profit and I said I may get 20% maximum. If some products left back without sale that also gone.
There is no matter of not trusting. I am very much impressed on your dealings. You always give quick response. But never increase our profit. I appreciate your commitment to your company.
When I met you in Canton fair you told me you are supplying to India and you have relevant certificates. Especially we need ILAC-MRA certificates for indoor toys and kids furniture.
