我是做跟卖的，卖手机壳和保抱枕，鼠标垫。现在出现了一个很严重的问题。好多店在1月5日，17日这两天同时收到一封邮件，是亚马逊发给我的，说是香奈儿在佛罗里达州法院控诉我们侵权，然后让我们联系一个邮箱，说要让投诉人撤销投诉，钱才会出来，但是经过我们调查，亚马逊让我们联系的邮箱不是香奈儿的邮箱，域名也不是香奈儿的，电话也不是。我就用一个店给那个邮箱提供了卖家ID和卖家的编号ID，没过多久他就给我回邮件了，里面还有附件，附件的内容是包括了87个卖家ID和卖家编号ID以及ASIN,我的这个店里面也在里面，而且还给我截图出来了，图片是我侵权香奈儿的产品的图片。然后我用另外几家也有收到类似邮件的名称很卖家编号ID，我在他们给我的表格里面找不到。我就用这些店里面的一个，像第一个一样给那个邮箱提供了跟第一个邮箱给他写的相同的邮件，然后他们就再也没回了。到现在我有几个疑问。1，算真的是香奈儿投诉，他们会要求我们提供卖家编号ID吗？2，算是真的投诉，是香奈儿公司直接发邮件，还是通过律师发邮件？下面我把邮件都贴出来，大家帮我分析分析，这个到时是真实的还是诈骗？http://servingnotice.com/cup8st/index.html这个是发给我的一个链接，里面也有侵权的名称很卖家编号ID以及ASIN.
