今天我们来讨论两个主题,第一个是关于提取免费的评价。
很多朋友来问我,有没有什么“安全刷单渠道” 没有100%的安全渠道,这个谁都不能保证,保证也是假的。
所以我觉得大家可以考虑从现有的订单来邀请评价,因为客户是安全模式来购买我们的产品,这个操作基本上是 0 风险,而且我们可以跟客户沟通,可以提前发现产品的问题,然后如果客户有意向留差评可以直接跟他沟通,解决问题,然后沟通尝试拿个好评。
我们有一个产品,本来每天有 10-20单左右,然后我们通过这个办法基本上可以拿20-30%的好评,不说多,一个月30-50个评价可以,而且是免费,就是需要给客户发站内信息,客户会觉得我们特别关心他,确实真的
,但是我们的目标的让客户给个好评,好的feedback 和判断如果客户想留个差评直接沟通。
确实我们拿到差评大部分的愿意是客户对产品不满意,然后很多客户懒得发信息沟通,大部分要么退款,要么差评,所以我们已定需要给客户发个信息,我们下面有三个模板,客户购买的时候,收到货的时候和10之后。这个流程比较自然。如果通过这三个邮件还不行我们也没办法,不能打扰客户,但是我觉得大家可以尝试一下,肯定优惠一点效果。
最后个提醒,记得产品需要好,如果产品质量一般我们会提醒客户留个差评,本来客户买了,不太好就算了,但是你还来要求给个好评。。。所以大家注意!
第二个事情是我们现在会开始讲Facebook的运营,因为亚马逊现在竞争力越来越大,通过渠道就那几个,刷单,CPC,秒杀,等等,但是Facebook可以带来很多好处,我们同时可以理解这个社交媒体品牌!
