2018年亚马逊卖家之路更艰难!面对亚马逊多方位袭击,卖家如何制定应对方案?
■一、封号钱货两空如何处理
除夕前夜,美国站亚马逊卖家遭遇账号大批量封杀,至今原因不明。卖家多数都没有收到邮件通知,后台登录,一直提示密码错误,卖家修改密码以后仍然不能进行登录。
据了解,这次封杀现象像账号被注销一样,钱不给,货不退,甚至申诉都不接。
小编在此给遇到该情况封号的卖家一些建议:
遇到账号被封,并且亚马逊FBA仓库有很多库存,针对这个问题,提供可执行的退仓流程:
1. 发邮件给亚马逊 让他们帮忙处理库存。
2. 亚马逊接受处理-------邮件告知你仓库部门已经在清点你的货物-------邮件通知你3
. 提供退货地址,账户资金不够的话需要你给他们的指定账户转账移仓的费用--------处理退货到你给的退货地址。

■二、刷单被警告如何应对?
春节账号大封杀虽然还没有具体原因,但是卖家们推断还是因为刷单。
2018年1月开始,刷单热潮来临,卖家都想借着淡季刷排名,为换季新品抢先打造好的销量,增加曝光。后期甚至卖家开始搭建刷单系统,这样疯狂的违规操作最后还是带来新一轮秋后算账。
这两天亚马逊又开始大规模群发警告信,信件指出“你似乎违反了滥用评级,反馈,评论,滥用销售登记,滥用搜索和浏览的政策。”总的来说就是怀疑你的账号在刷单。
面对刷单严惩,小编给如下建议:
1.收到警告信的卖家【千万不要回复】【千万不要回复】【千万不要回复】,以免自投罗网,现在马上停止刷单行为。
2.加大亚马逊广告成本,算下来原来刷单测评的钱都扔进去砸广告也是一样的。
3.卖家初期为提高转化率,可以把价格压低。
4.加强选品以及站内优化的力度,自然关键词的SEO排名即将成为一个最有力的流量抢夺地。
5.站内的广告和秒杀、BD等入口即将成为今年增加流量入口的突破口。
面对亚马逊新一轮“淘汰赛”,卖家不必紧张,或许这次袭击会给亚马逊平台一个干净的未来,
少了恶意差评,多了实力竞争。
