我们公司生产一款机械，也有出口权，准备将产品销售给美国一家客户，他们在合同条款中有如下一条：
If Supplier is the Importer of Record, Supplier agrees that Buyer will not be a party to the importation of such Products, that the transaction(s) represented by the Order will be consummated subsequent to importation, and that Supplier will neither cause nor permit Buyer's name to be shown as "importer of record" on any customs declaration.Upon request and where applicable, Supplier will provide Buyer with U.S. Customs and Border ProtectionForm 7552 entitled "Delivery Certificate for Purposes of Drawback" properly executed and will further provide all commercial invoices in proper form to allow for entry and possible drawback.Supplier will not disclose any information regarding Buyer or the Products contrary to applicable laws and regulations of the U.S.
