外贸小tom:“一个都不能少”的外贸寄样邮件模板汇总
市场竞争的今天,给客户寄样品几乎成了拿下订单的敲门砖,既然无可避免,那么如何才能让你的样品费、邮费花在刀刃上,物超所值呢?发送样品一定不要给客户发这3封邮件.
寄样前:
不管是客户是需要某一特定型号产品还是某一类产品,目标产品是否明确,在给客户寄送样品前一定要确认以下这6点:
产品型号;
客户的收货地址;
客户是否支付样品费、运费:如果客户支付,是否会在成单后返还等;
运输方式海运还是空运;
承运快递:取决于费用预算和收件日期是否有限定;
支付方式:是客户预付,卖家垫付还是到付。
模板:
Dear XXXX,
We will arrange the sample immediately. Here are some sample details for you to doublecheck: XXX. In order to arrange shipping in time, pls kindly advice your shipping address and your courier account(如果客户付运费). Such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc. Each one is ok. I'll inform you the tracking number after parcel picked!

随样品附上的邮件模板
在样品包裹中除了样品外,以下内容一个也不能少:
1)写有你或者公司联系方式等信息的小标签或者卡片,附上以下内容
Dear XXX,
I am very pleased to send you the product sample for XXXX, attached please find it. If you have any questions or feedbacks regarding the sample, please just tell me.
Best Regards.
2)你们公司的catalogue和你的business card
3)如果客户是对某类而不是特定产品感兴趣,可以根据自身特点放多种产品提高成单几率。
如果客户的选取重点是质量,你可以选取同类不同档次的多个样品;
如果客户的选取重点在价格,你可以选取同等价位的多个样品。
样品寄出后
在寄样品之后,我们首先会给客户发送快递单号追踪,以及呢告诉客户大概可以到达的时间,这样就会让客户心里有个数,如果说这个产品需要检测的话,对方也可以做最好的准备。

样品送达后跟进
样品寄到后,大家可能急着问客户意见,希望尽快跟进推动。其实应该循序渐进,否则会让客户有压力吓跑客户。在客户签收日期,跟进问客户是否收到,并寻味有什么可以帮助的,这样可以让客户更容易接受,不会显得我们特别功利。

当然,相比邮件,电话沟通更直接也更高效。在和客户沟通好的前提下,不妨打个电话,显得亲切,而且可能进展会更快。
