求问这事什么意思，不理解。我们是出口商，这是买方开过来的信用证中，附加条款中的内容
claim reimbursement from applicant bank by authenticated swift 742 certifying that all documents presented are in compliance with the terms of the letter of credit (state L/C number,date of shipment) and all documents sent via courier(state Dhl or federal express air way bill number and date) payment shall be effected as instructed value three USA banking days after receipt of swift 742. reimbursement fee if any for applicant 's account.if documents are discrepant,send same on approval basis listing discrepancies.please state in your cover letter payment instructions
