寄过了样品,价格还没有砍我,寄样品前说有一个40HQ.
样品拿到后也没有催过她,过了1-2个礼拜我主动联系问问。
说他们还在检测,价格也没有砍,回复我的是付款方式,
他们第一次做一共2个付款方式,供你选择

1) T/T 45 from original B/L
2) D/A 45 days from original B/L
Please let me know what do you think about, and which you would prefer.
我说不行,第一次做肯定要收点定金的,考虑到他们的担心,余款同意做LC AT SIGHT.
或者说到生产和验货由他们跟踪。

Could we do TT deposit not 30%( How about 20%?) and Balance do L/C at sight.??
U can check our factory or checking goods before loading... Or do u have some suggetions.

Yes I understand you position, but I hope you can understand mine too. For us both it could be the first cooperating and we both need to be safe and quit, so maybe, if the 1st tearm it's hard for you, I'm very sure that the 2nd coul be more convenience for us both, because it's a direct payment from our bank to yours for sure, and also you can check info on us by credit insurance company as one more warranty on us. So we coul start a great collaboration. Hope for good news. Please let me know

Could we have find a way for control any risks. Such as Inspected before delivery by your side . andcontrol all the courses of productions.

Only solution to control your risk is that you let us issue a Declaration on our Paper Head that makes feel safe both of us. We will put everything written and we'll both sign and stamp.
In case od use D/A, you can even give this Declaration to your bank and send by SWIFT to my bank as well. So everyone will be aware about it.

我的主要顾虑有以下几点:
1, 金额有点大,风险就会相应大点。
没有一毛钱定金,风险全部在我这里,等于说是一切随卖方。
2,即使做了保险,万一客户不付款,到时候随便找一些吹毛求疵的毛病说是质量问题,岂不是麻烦。
很多的不可控因素,后期如果出现报损,长时间应付这些东西,弄的身心憔悴,还耽误其他业务。
这只是我的顾虑,因为还没有做,后果不知道。
我这边原则是定金一定要有,尾款可以适当做LC,不做远期。
现在生意不好做,利润低的很,玩不起啊!
言中泪:我们做过100%LC的金额也不小,我们是走的中信保。
粗茶淡饭:第一次合作没定金还是不要接了。利润高亏得起你可以考虑。小心使得万年船!

2012starsun:确实,最近意大利经济不好,要小心。我们公司13年在意大利客户栽过一次。二十万人民币货款打水漂。当时是在广交会遇到这意大利客户的,挑了一些样品报价,寄样,没砍价,直接下单一个大柜。当时那个业务员都觉得太顺了,查了客户资料,蛮大的一个客户也就放心。给了3成定金,不要验货,做好直接出货,等要付款时,客户就拖,拖到船到港后一个月了还不付。后来客户坦白了,资金紧张,短时无法付款。怎么办,再拖下去会产生很大的费用,如果到时客户不要货,这费用要我们承担。客户建议先放货,等回笼资金再付。当时我们也觉得风险很大,但是没办法,再拖下去也是死路一条。抱着侥幸心理,老板放单了。果然,后面再也联系不上这客人。后来通过其他途径打听到这客户公司破产倒闭了,货款彻底要不回来。事实证明,再优质的客户遇到当地经济危机,一样风险很大。现在回想起来那客户的爽快,很大可能是早有预谋。

确实是应该谨慎一点,如果客户真正的想做这个生意,肯定不会在付款上和你纠缠不休,如果担心完全可以做LC,而且10万美金也不是巨大的资金,第一次合作没有必要这样 所以就此打住,除非客户有新的改变!

wsj9958:一个40HQ的量,不知道对于你们这个产品来说,是多还是少,但是新客户不和你砍价,对于产品质量也不说什么,直接和你谈付款方式,这个就要注意了。
