您可以在Disputes(争议)面板上查看所有争议,以帮助您及时跟踪争议状态。
报告下载路径
1.登录Seller center后台选择order Management Disputes下的Disputes
2.您将在此页面上看到包括Pending在内的四种争议 Review(待审核)、In Review(审核中)、Action Needed(需执行操作)、Closed(已关闭)。您可以单击每个争议下的View Dispute查看某一争议的具体情况;您还可以在上面的搜索栏中查看特定订单或案例的具体情况
3.点击Filter按钮,根据日期范围、争议状态或争议原因筛选争议;选择后点击Apply Filters,该面板将显示您需要了解的具体争议。您还可以单击下载按钮,下载文件后将其保存为csv文件
报告字段分析
Pending Review:争议将在24小时内审查
In Review:争议目前正在审查中
Action Needed:您需要提供其他信息
Closed:经过仔细审查,争议已被拒绝
Approved:争议成功了
Reimbursement Amount:赔偿金额
Enhanced Returns:增强型退货
OrderLine:订单行号
解释报告中的问题
您在下载报告中看到的Dispute Reason字段显示了争议的具体原因,包括以下原因:
I did not receive this return:没有收到退货
Return is different from the original item:退货商品与原始商品不同
Item is in unsellable condition:退货商品不能再销售了
Customer used an incorrect return reason:客户使用了不正确的退货原因
I was charged incorrect customer refund:我收取了不正确的退款金额
I sent the customer a replacement:已为客户换货
Item was returned outside the return window:退货商品未在退货窗口退货
Customer care should not have authorized the refund:客服不应授权退款
Something not listed:其他原因
