后续销售是许多卖家头疼的问题。如何处理这个问题对卖家来说非常重要。首先,后续销售是因为后续销售会抢劫我们的购物车,导致主链接订单减少。其次,后续销售的产品质量差,会带来不良评论,影响链接。
有品牌很容易解决,我们可以直接用品牌投诉。
在没有品牌的情况下:一些服务提供商可能会使用卖空方法,传统的手段是使用自我维护号码卖空库存,这样这些订单就会成为一个普遍状态,这种方法在逻辑上是可行的,但亚马逊会打击这种行为:
1.亚马逊识别并标记了许多自养号码。亚马逊应该严格调查这些自养号码。
2.大量订单长期pending是不正常的,系统肯定会检测到。
因此,亚马逊很有可能会发现你在买空。这种行为是不公平竞争,违反了亚马逊的销售政策和卖家行为准则,可能导致严重的标题风险
最好的方法是什么?我们可以向卖家发送产品与描述和图片不一致的警告信。首先,给卖家发一封警告信。如果几封警告信没有效果,我们可以采用Test Buy. 以下是警告信模板,您可以参考:

The official notice is being sent because you have recently been selling xx product(s) without proper authorization.
Please note that all xx products, including this particular item (ASIN: B0xxx), are sold exclusively under contract to select distributors.
The product package have our logo and all photos that I have copyrights too.
The product you sold is totally different with our listing description. Which could lead to Amazon Policy Warning against you or even Suspension of your seller account!
We request you to remove your listing from all our product pages on Amazon.com imeediately.
Please note, This is just giving you a warning since your first infraction. Currently some seller's account blocked because we test buy and report them on Amazon.com.
