众所周知,亚马逊的评价对推广新产品非常重要。新产品的差评会直接影响Amazon对我们账号的判断,直接影响我们产品的销量和曝光。因此,Review的重要性是不言而喻的,所以我们必须关注Review。但是,我们的产品来差评之后,首先要区分差评的性质,无论是正常买家还是竞争对手还是同行。
01恶意差评
其差评内容已脱离产品本身,大部分内容包括辱骂、威胁等。
1.前往商品评论页面,点击评论下的滥用报告进行报告;
2.向Amazon发送邮件,将滥用差评的原因反馈给Amazon;
3.通过卖家后台举报,【卖家后台】→[支持]→[联系我们]→【我要开店】→[其他问题]→【举报违规行为】。
02正常差评
首先,判断你的产品是否有质量问题,所以你应该对你的产品有一定的了解。如果产品存在质量问题,即使解决了这个差评,也不能保证下次没有差评。因此,我们应该正视质量问题。如果这个质量问题不能改进,我们应该尽快找到清除库存的方法。
1.联系买家删除
通过买方的账户信息,找到买方的联系电子邮件,发送电子邮件给买方,协商提供解决方案,可以退款或交换,具体可以根据买方的评论内容和需求提供解决方案,记住不要要求删除电子邮件中的不良评论,因为这类词是非法的,如果买方向Amazon投诉电子邮件,后果将更加严重。

2.拆除合并变体
如果你的产品是ABC三个变体,A变体有不好的评论,首先将变体从链接中分离出来;如果您的产品是单个变体,则将其合并到您的旧链接中,但要求旧产品与该产品相似,并且对旧产品有更多的评论,这样的不良评论不会影响旧产品
3.首页没有差评
顾名思义,就是不要让差评留在首页,联系买家号,点击Helpful,把好评的权重提高到最上面,这样好评就会放在首页,差评就会放在后面,被买家看到的概率就会降低,但要记住也要在一定程度上操作,异常的赞美也会被Amazon视为违法。
4.稀释差评
Amazon通过平均分计算我们产品的分数,因此我们可以通过增加评论来降低差评对五马产品Review的权重,提高产品的整体分数。比如10条评论来了一条差评,1000条评论来了一条产品,影响就不一样了。
5.请Amazon删除评论
如果买方因个人原因不使用产品功能或误差评论,可以发邮件请求Amazon删除评论。

03防止再次差评
1.如果是正常的差评,分析差评的原因,是服务差还是产品质量问题,如果是产品质量问题,及时反馈给产品开发人员,努力纠正下一批产品中的质量问题;
2.如果差评是因为产品使用太复杂,买家不会使用,那就做Q&A、操作视频等,并将视频放在顶部,以便教买家如何使用产品;
