如题,我是做货代的,由于一直在向APL 确认目的港14天的 free demurrage,这时客人受不了,投诉我们呢、了,猜我怎么回的
Have gone through your intervention in the correspondence for the first time although late but nevertheless .
You are so wrong in citing the aggregated issue as a problem from APL side. I hope your company is a regular C& F Agent . You guys are acting as if it's your first consignement. There is no correspondence from APL india that there is any issue of system problemor absentism at the end of APL . The process was so simple and easy which has been made unreasonably difficult from your end .
As far as me blaming cargo planners are concerned I have dealt with them here and all assurances had come from their end. I had quite early in time before the vessel landed in nhava sheva sent a mail to Mr. Jason of your company but did not recieve any reply.
I am the ultimate sufferer in this entire episode obviously if I suffer unreasonable expenses like demurage I will have to take legalsteps against persons responsible which I don't think should be a problem to you . That's my Legal right . If the problem gets sorted out I don't have any Grevience

Our company is a professional and specilized forwarder agent withmore than 15years 's forwarder experiences in China,we are also a membership of WCA,we do not let anyone doubt our company,
As a consignee of this shipment , we absolutely understand you feeling about the delay , you are our valued clients ,we willtake care all of your business
Firstly ,let me explain about this situation,about this status you met , this is 100% specially and occasionalcase inAPL , we have never met this before, due to we have cooperated with cago planner many tmes , we also never worry about the 14days free detention, becase the 14days free detention are automatically approved in APL system,
You said you doubt us if we can sort the issue, yes ,you can, becasue it is indeed delayed you sveral days,but just as said before, we are forwarders not shipping company, we have to psuh apl to help us to sort the issue,we let them write an email to apl india,they did, it still didn't work, until yesterday, thein charge preson came bcak and help settled this done,
what i am trying to say is :wedo not shift the blame to other shoulders ,we just want to know the whole things , we have been helping you and trying our best to served for our clients without any hesitation
