缺了牙的兔子:我犯错了
今天的一天真的过得好坚难,老业务员的傲慢无理,客户的抱怨,都让我很疲惫。打电话的时候英国客户说为什么你们现在没有样品还收我样品费把钱退给我,其实他要的八款六款都有的只有两款型号一样但是颜色不一样,当初和采购经理也没具体确认清楚是我的错。还有个客户也是犯了颜色的错误,客户当时忙发了邮件让他确认他可能没认真看,幸好客户在中国出差,快递费不贵重

缺了牙的兔子:第一次做外贸总是有各种的问题,心情郁闷到极点,一天之类碰到很多问题,不知道怎么回到出租房内的。就这样什么都不顾的回杭州了,好像马上逃避一样。遇事不怕事,从错误中总结吧。

谢谢!现在感觉好了,今天回到办公室第一件事就是给客户写邮件致歉,不能提供样品的只能退钱能提供样品的那部分就给客户寄送过去。
