is your Govt office accept to issue the invitation letter for our executives for 4days of stay in your company,

The Govt office request for security guarantee money, which is roughly about 1000usd.

we began to think maybe your Govt office did not want you to trade with us this time, becos since pass 5 years that our company have been sending our company executives to china for business no company have told us that there Govt office ask for Guarantee Money and the money is 1000usd,
why did you pay 1000usd money to your company and we have not got our company in Nigeria, what is Chinese Embassy refuse our visa application with the invitation letter so what happen to the Guarantee Money, we don"t believe on this ?
i know that other country"s ask for Guarantee money in there port of entry to there company and the money we pay back to you as soon as you are out of there country, they will not ask for money before you get visa,
maybe your company did not have the power to apply for the letter in your Govt office or you don"t have the certificate from your Govt office to your company

Sorry dude, policy here. I have never applied for it before in my life, so I have no idea about all those red tapes b4, and this is what the bureau told me, i guess it is the update of entry policy.
Now my hands are tied, no reason for me to pre-pay 1000usd for you personally, and furthermore i can not afford it either. I already do my best, bc i really think we may can close
some big business deals in the future time. But for the time being, there is it nothing i can do. Let me know when you come up with better solution. So can you get some document reference or exemption
letter for us, so we dont need to pay any fees for it?
