好烦美国老上次有个美国老客人下过两次单

上次，有个美国老客人（下过两次单）货物延迟了半个月，骗他说我们这边台风，淹水了（刚好上次台风很厉害的那次）。
最近他又想下单。谈了几个月了。老是提上次的事情，。我们都因为耽误交期陪了他几千快钱的运费。现在还一味的压价。因为定单上次他确认了，说过几天马上打钱给我们。因为是老客人。我们工厂都备好料了。现在还未下单都几个月了。烦四了。这是我今天回他的邮件。你们看怎么样。
Dear Marcel,
Last time, we indeed ship your square boxes later 15 days.
We feel very sorry for this happened and had show our sincerely apologizes for you.
The delaying was caused by natural disaster, why don't we have your understanding. We also don't want to see this happen. We had cover some freight fee for you. Please tell me what should I do ? Yes, we have our obiligation to ship the items in time and we know. Since we haven't finished our obligation, then we would like to take our responsibility and want to make compensation for you.
I think you can tell your customers tell the reason, at that time, our country get strong hurricane, many many factory was effected by this disaster. You customers must forgive us and know this is inevitably.
As well as we know, business is slow not only in USA also is in China. We want to help you, but we can't do the business without get the price of raw materials.
We know, overmuch talking is not necessary. I think trust also is very important when we do international business. If you don't need the 6000pcs wooden boxes now , we are ready to use them for other boxes. Please kindly be informed. Thanks.

Reference square wood boxes, you insisted that I pay you in advance, and I did! and you shipped a month later, and I lost money.
When you ask for money in advance, you have a moral obligation to ship in time!
Regarding the music box, you gave me a price of $8.90 and than you wanted $11.20 this is not done in America.
Business is very slow in America, and if you want to do business, what is your new low, low price!
