超越无限：I lost my way past ,but now i wake up..
It isfor a long time that I want to leave my present job , but I haven'tmade a decision till today.
I graduated this in July, 2006, and have been working half a year in this company. I have ever thought for many times to leave here, but i didn't. During these times , i applied for many jobs, and also got a lot of opportunities to have interviews in many companies. However, because of my hesitation, I refused and missed many chances. Sometimes I regret for this, but I never determine do leave this job. I still have some fancy ideas of the company. I always think that it will provide me large space for development, but today I know the truth, waking up.
My boss asked me to his office,and talked about my job, and the development of the Foreign Trade Dep. for more than 1 hour at the end of 2006. We talked a lot , and he trusted me very much. From the talk, I also know that he was disappointed about the achievement we made in 2006, so I decided to do well in the new 2007.
A few days has passed, I feel strongly that my General Manager is going far away from me. I sense that she wants me to leave this company because of my ability. She is afraidof my achievement, and she is trying to force my to leave.
Maybe it is time for me to go now, and I should find a better room for my own development.
