newcomingnew:又是一个不愿意付样品费的!!!!
客户是在香港展会上认识的,谈得很好,对我们的产品也很感兴趣,要下星期拿回去给他一个很大的客户看。
第一次谈的时候说最后一天来买我们这几个样品回去,
最后一天我估计她不会来了,结果她来了,说找到展会找我们找到头都晕,
然后说我们的5个样品她箱子里放不下了,要我们寄给她。
本来说可以寄给他香港办事处的,可惜当时是51期间,她香港同事没人在上班。
当时展会上本来他可以付款73美金样品费的(这个价格给他完全是成本或者比成本更加低},我们觉得她很有诚意,才愿意这个价格给她。
然后她说回去让香港的同事联系我,然后回到美国我跟他邮件来往,他说跟大客户的会议推到5月25号,让我们寄样品,就是没提样品费的事情。后来在我几封邮件后,让我开PI过去,她说会安排,然后又是若干天不会邮件,中间写了几2封邮件给她都没回。
今天收到客户的回复如下:
> I spoke with my boss , you must understand everyday I receive samples from factories I met and the HK Asia fair and Canton fair!
> Factories who are eager and want the business send the samples, I have already given a 40,000pc order to a factory who send me there whole line I did not even request, I had asked for 8 samples gave them our courier#
> And then we recieved 94pcs
> $73US is nothing for us to pay,
> I do not think you are getting the big picture! I saw your catalogs and see there is much more on
> Your line we can work with as well!
> Today I am traveling to KohL's again and it would have been great to have your samples
> It is not customery to pay for
> Study samples, we do pay many sample charges but for samples we request with our bramd name
> Included on the sample.

> Hope you understand, I did also give you our courier # as well
真不理解,73美金,展会上随手一掏就可以可我们了,用得着这么麻烦。
以前免费寄样的,大部分石沉大海,倒是那些付了样品费的单子做成的多。
furrybear:如果是工业产品,不是自己用的,客户又能出运费的话,还是可以考虑一下送的,不过要先调查下客户情况看他们是否真的专业,规模如何
icelyj:要求免费寄样的客户,我认为都没诚意。
legend0:以前收费,现在都免费,客人都主动找过来的,快递费就够呛了

xuxy1230:如果样费超出了规定价格,一定要收,有时免费寄了,客人就不太重视产品.反而忽略我们的存在.
