第一次体会到什么叫做压力，什么叫做压得人喘不过气来。
一直以为自己是乐天派，没什么好担心的，高考、考研、就连今年因为工作关系没按学校规定的时间回学校做论文，被导师严厉告诫要推迟答辩，也没有感觉。
记得有一次去一公司面试时，经理问我：“如果遇到工作有压力，你会怎么做去缓解自己的压力？”。当时都没有体会所谓的压力，工作都没开始，都不知道什么是压力呢？所以信口胡诌了一句：“看书”！现在看来，此种方法对我来说没什么效果。事实上，我爱看带点哲理的书，看书的时候要找心情很平静的时候，这样才能细细品味。
来公司后陆陆续续接了一些小单，虽然有时候可能还没自己拿的总工资多，这些单为公司也带不了多少利润，加自己的工作环境还好，一天7个半小时，不用加班加点，准时上下班，也没有规定所谓的任务量，虽然心理很清楚，要是做不出来业绩肯定要走人的，但是这些也不会给自己太大的压力，自己尽力，对得起自己，对得起公司就行。
这一次接的是目前来说最大的一笔单，交货期比较紧，而且要分多批多个地点，加上是和对方老板谈，老板经常又是忙地分不开身的，所以有时很难与对方沟通清楚。这批货做完要到本月25号左右，期间还有大堆事情要处理。所以感觉心头真的好像有一块大石头压地喘不过气。天使般的薪水，魔鬼般的压力可能更胜于此——自认为自己的薪水只能算中等水平。
每天下班只希望快点进入梦乡，有时候听听音乐，上班的时候逛逛论坛，写写blog，聊聊天来分散自己的注意力，有时候实在不行时，找个朋友倾诉一番也不错的(有时觉得挺不好意思的，朋友都成了出气桶啦！)。事实上最有效的解决之道还是到外面走走。元旦那天上白云山后，心情就好多啦。
写完后，心情好多啦，暂时可以放松一下啦！权当做自言自语！

daisywang1126：我只是想说压力很大啦，工资不算高也不低的啦！找工作时，、刚开始没接到单的时候也没有这么大的压力过。我觉得是自己跟自己过不去。没有任何人给压力给我，我也不用担心丢掉工作找不到工作的问题，就是最近心里很沉重而已。

工作的压力要设法放在工作的7.5小时内释放。
至于下班之后，那是你生命中唯一的某年某月某日！
忘记恼人的工作吧，做一些自己想做的事情，和家人吃吃饭，和朋友出去玩玩，或是做些遣心类的活动，都是些不错的选择。

daisywang1126：2000包住啦！（我说过我不是天使般的薪水啦，只是想那时候有压力，不过现在好多啦！多谢各位！）。五层楼有两个办公人员，还有梁叔为我们做饭！三室两厅带空调、厨房、洗手间，外加每天12元钱的生活补助。刚开始来时说了提成的，不过不知道倒底最后会怎么算哦？是今年３月份过来的，４月份进的这个公司，后来去参加广交会，然后在厂里学习了两个星期。再就是回去做毕业论文啦，真正做应该是从６月２６号开始吧？
