Dear Vendor:
In order for Walgreens to verify your manufacturing facility, manufacturing process and warehouse storage locations maintain the degree of quality and safety for product supplied to Walgreens, we are requesting copies of full Audit Reports and Corrective Action Plans (CAP) addressing audit non-conformances to be submitted in the bid process.
The assessment must have been conducted within the last twelve (12) months. The assessment must be conducted by a 3rd Party auditing firm.A 3rd Party auditing firm is an independent, non-vested company who will provide an unbiased, factual assessment of your facility’s adherence to specific industry standards related to elements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Systems. The audit scope does not include a social accountability audit.
The audit program is a fully vendor funded program. If you do not have a 3rd Party audit and have questions regarding compliance to our request, please feel free to contact me.
Please provide me with the following information when submitting the full Audit Reports and CAP.Documentation should be sent to my email address listed below.
