w I have made decision to leave here( snare).
By the way,don't cheat us when you recruit if you didn't have money ,it's better for us don't waste our time,understand?Pls know that good faith is veryimportant for each company,don't make us consider your promise is just one shit,if not,other body won't believe you,how can you cooperate with other company.
Pls pay attention to your employees,a company can't develop if the staffs left so frequently,at last have to face collapse.The one is the most stupid always said other ignorant.
Produce bad tubes continually and compensate forever.At last,the rest salary of 20 days ,(220hrs) rewards you buying a coffin for your self.Don't make anyone who left hereall despise you-shit boss!
I'm not good at sucking up to somebody,so i'm sorry,i really don't know what's your advantages.if shit is advantage maybe i can find one for you.
