月初走了一批货,1.6万货值,预付100%. 数量20000个. 我付给工厂的.这个单本来就没打算接,一是客户交期要缩短5天,等我到工厂的时候,发现产品没按照样品操作. 样品做的很好,但是大货的产品就有单惨不忍睹了. 产品的工艺比我自己主打的要麻烦很多,尺寸太小,车工没法车,一车针就扎到手上. 所以用的其他机器. 印刷更难印,手工印刷要印七遍. 现在客户要返单做35000个.
客户邮件:
Can you please quote urgently the price and delivery time by air? This is only subject to the improvement in printing and finishing. Last shipmentis far too poor for the quality! We are still waiting for the feedback from the customer.
我的回复:
Regarding the previous order,we have tried our utmost effort to make them the best in the shortest lead time.Seven-times printing for the letters to make them clear with sharp edge.

Attached is the pattern sewing machine photo and the labels would produced on it.Since the dimension of the label is too small and the stitching needle would be punched into working staff's fingers.

For these 35000pcs,if customer would accept the art for the mass production as that last time,this order would be proceeded.

年底了,我接单的欲望一下感觉就没了. 不过工作还是很仔细.开发客户的事情总对自己说,明天一定要发开发信. 不过明天的确要发开发信了. 即便国外的假期快到了,但是还是要继续.
