elsa0216：LZ你的答复很多话可以省略，老外一般没那么多时间看完整封邮件内容，所以你直接简要问答他就可以了，这样看起来给人很冗长的感觉，我回复客户都是3，4行搞定，总共也就4，5个句子；
还有，你段与段之间最好空一行再写，这样清晰一点

但是个人感觉没必要就不做CNF,和FOB的差别大不到那里。
对于开发信而言，尽量回答的比较专业就可以。各个行业不同，慢慢积累经验就知道了。

欲先取之，必先予之。payment terms可以晚点谈，先弄清他的真实订单意图，买什么，买多少，什么时候买，以后的打算，卖到什么市场，什么样的市场预期，是不是一个真实的订单。
真订单再谈付款啊什么的。

这是我经理在我入公司的时候说给我听的。sales没有那么多原则好遵循，最要遵循的就是如何用各种各样的办法达成订单，碰到困难，不一定要死磕，绕过去，也是一样的。毕竟困难不是终极目标。
